This charming beach condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience with washer, dryer central AC and Internet to make your stay a breeze. Step outside onto the deck or balcony and enjoy live music and people watching. You can relax and enjoy your morning coffee or just soak up the sun. Complementary chairs are downstairs, first come first serve. Kitchen is fully stacked with all amenities. Outdoor shower is downstairs and small pets are welcome. Two additional pullout couches in family room if guest want to stay over.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

Great Location in the Heart of Dewey, only a few steps to the Beach, the accommodations were perfect, we would definitely stay there again.

The location is great and very convenient to the beach and restaurants/bars/shops. The house had all amenities we needed. Could use some improvements for experience - cleanliness needs to improved and some older furniture impacted our experience (squeaky beds).
