About this house rental
Modern, clean and well-maintained spacious 4 bdrm 2 bath (downstairs only). A children's playground is next to the property and is the perfect location for all ages and only 2 short blocks to the beach. Enjoy the sunset over the bay while you unwind on the porch and have peace of mind knowing there's parking for 4-5 cars. Equipped with Central A/C, Dishwasher, Washer Dryer & Micro and TV's in every room. Owner provides coolers, beach chairs & wagon for you to use. NEW.....Thurs-Thurs or Fri -Fri Rentals. Jet Ski's, Paddle Boats and More Just a Few Blocks Away.
Dog Friendly~with $250 NR pet fee per dog. If you do not add the pet fee of $250/per 1 pet/$150 for additional pet/s in the quote, then the quote will need to be readjusted. A pet addendum will accompany the lease from Crowley Assoc., that will need to be returned with our lease. Pet addendum will be sent with lease and will need to be returned to Crowley.
Please Note: There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy separately which is stated in the lease agreement.
Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information.
Tenants need to provide their own Linens, towels & paper products. Ask your agent or our office for linen package options in our area.
Effective Jan 1, 2025, a State Tax of 4.5% has been incorporated by the State of DE and is collected in your VRBO fees. In addition to the current municipality accommodations tax of 3% in Dewey which will need to be paid directly to Crowley Assoc, with check, debit card or credit card as VRBO does not collect this fee.
After Labor Day availability and rates must be confirmed with the property owner by Crowley Assoc.

Great location for a family with kids, as there is a playground across an alley. The apartment is a first floor, and room enough for 6. There are updated amenities( kitchen appliances, washer/ dryer.) Games, books, and lots of beach equipment in a mud room, which is the entry way.Couch in living room is well- used and could be more comfortable.Plenty of room to have meals. Lovely side porch where you see the sun set, watch your kids at playground( if old enough) ) and enjoy the music from a nearby club on the bay( but not too loud) . It was a very hot humid day when we arrived, and the large varnished( and sticky)table benefitted from a nice tablecloth that was available.Everyone had a good time at the beach and nearby shops and restaurants.

Geographical desirable location in the center of Dewey Beach. Walk to beach, restaurants & bars. Parking 6 cars was a real plus for us when our family including grandkids and friends came to visit. Friendly neighborhood. Loved sitting on the front porch of this house with our dog capturing the late afternoon breeze from the bay. Good area to walk dogs. Park right across street from house. Great rental with large tv in LR and tvs in all 4 bedrooms. We used a linen service which worked out very well. This Rental included beach chairs, umbrella and an array of beach toys.

Loved this house! So accessible to the beach and town and the perfect amount of space for all the guests! Definitely recommend!
