This beautiful Holland home is the perfect location for your vacation destination. James Beach Cottage is located just down the road from James Beach, one mile from Tunnel Park and two miles from Holland State Park! Your only decision will be which beach to go to! Your family will enjoy the large fenced in backyard after a long day at the beach while grilling on the gas grill for dinner on the deck. The lower level is stocked with board games and a foosball table !

This beautiful three bedroom and three bathroom home has the ideal layout with an extra living room in the finished lower level. The master bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and a private bath, second bedroom on main floor has two twin beds. The lower level has a bedroom with a queen bed and twin bed with a trundle. There is also a futon and a full bathroom on the lower level. This home is very spacious and ideal for families. This is not a pet friendly property.

Holland is located on the shores of Lake Michigan and Lake Macatawa. Here, you can spend your days at Holland State Park where there is plenty of room for family fun along the white, sandy beaches. You and your family can take an excursion to Nelis' Dutch Village, DeKlomp Wooden Shoe Factory, and Veldheer Tulip Gardens. These places will bring you back in time to experience the Netherlands of the 1800's. If you find yourself in Holland the first week of May, be sure to take a look at the over 6 million tulips blooming throughout the city during Tulip Time festival, which was named the "Best Small Town Festival in America" by Reader's Digest Magazine and received USA Today's "2016 Best Flower Festival!" Downtown Holland is known as the "Great American Mainstreet."
