Le Bricka - Hypercentre - Cosy - 2 min from the sea

The location is truly great — just a 2-minute walk from the main beach, which was very beautiful and clean. Being so close to the seafront was a big plus. There are plenty of restaurants, terraces, and cafes nearby, so everything you might need is within walking distance. The host's directions and the check-in process were very clear and easy to follow. The apartment was fairly clean overall, including the bathroom, which was decently equipped. So from a cleanliness perspective, everything was fine.

The space is extremely small. We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers, and it felt very cramped — 30 square meters is definitely too little for 4 people. There was no air conditioning!!..but only a basic fan which was completely insufficient in the summer heat. One of the beds was located on a sort of enclosed balcony, which felt odd — especially since it wasn't fully covered by curtains, making it uncomfortably exposed to the building across the street. The worst issue was the air quality — every time we entered the apartment, there was a heavy, unpleasant smell of cigarettes. We're not sure if it came from inside the apartment or from the building stairwell, but it was very noticeable and annoying! Even considering the high prices in the area, we paid around €141 per night. At that rate, our expectations were much higher...
