Appartement bien situé, très agréable et calme

Lokalizacja apartamentu - blisko plaży i dworca kolejowego. Kompletne wyposażenie ( w tym pralka), duży i czysty basen w ogrodzie. Bardzo miły kontakt z właścicielem. Z przyjemnością jeszcze tam wrócimy.

A very beautiful, well-maintained building complex from the 1970s with a large garden and a great pool. Parking space under large olive trees by the house. Quiet apartments, some of which are owned by older people who live there themselves or are on vacation. You can sunbathe on the lawn by the pool. Children must be supervised at the pool. It's about 3 minutes down the street by foot to a large supermarket (open 7 days a week) and the bus stop at Square Dulys. With the Envybus mobile app, you can take a free, air-conditioned bus to Antibes Old Town (Dugomier). A further two minutes past the pizza shop and bakery is the public, well-maintained, and guarded sandy beach. The apartment is modern and very well-maintained. In the living room, the sofa converts into a bed for two people. The free Wi-Fi was OK, but not very fast. The TV is top-notch and swivels. The bathroom (with a good shower!) has ample storage space. The balcony is long, practical, and airy. There's a clothes rack for beach towels and an awning to protect against the sun (south-facing!). Beautiful views of the pool and garden. The four of us felt very comfortable there.

There's no microwave. There's no air conditioning, but with the two new fans in there and cross ventilation between the rooms, we were able to cope with the 35°C temperature in July.There's no closet for shirts/dresses in the bedroom, but there is a small utility room with a shirt rack.

Aveva tutto quel che serviva (cucina molto attrezzata), era a meno di 10 minuti dalla spiaggia libera, ed era impreziosita da una bella piscina. La zona, inoltre, era verdissima.
