Convenient location, everything you need for a beach holiday, and good Wi-Fi. We were also able to check in early upon request, which was a huge plus!
There is no proper wardrobe. We were told to hang our clothes in the utility closet, together with cleaning supplies and other household equipment. Also, the terrace is practically unusable when the air conditioning is on, as the outdoor unit is located on the terrace floor and blows hot air directly into the seating area.

Besonders die Lage und Sicherheit.
Manchmal der Lärm der Züge aber es geht. Ich hätte mir ein paar Kaffeekapseln für den Anfang gewünscht und eine Handseife für Händewaschen, diese hat definitiv gefehlt. Ansonsten war alles da und funktionell.

Friendly welcome. Very convenient for the beach, supermarket and restaurants. Close to bus stops for Antibes, Nice and the rail station to Italy and Paris.
Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. The owner was able to accommodate our late flight arrival. South facing balcony with chairs and sun blind, with sea views.
Would have liked an oven but the flat was too small to accommodate one and there was a hob and microwave. So easy to prepare meals.
