About this apartment rental
Pretty 2P of 31 m2 redone and equipped to new in June 2015. Small very clear room with bed 160, living room with comfortable sofa bed 160, TV, DVD, wifi. Well equipped kitchen area, dining area. SDB with bath, toilet, washing machine. Flowered terrace with table and 4 chairs, facing south without direct vis-à-vis. Quiet street and nice neighborhood, 300 m from the beach and 500 m from the pine forest and the center of Juan les Pins. All shops, public transport, station, restaurants nearby. Air conditioning, Wifi and new linen provided. Housekeeping included. No garage but free parking in the street.

Le logement est conforme à l'annonce l'appart est très bien très fonctionnel et propriétaire très gentil et agréable nous avons été très bien accueilli nous sommes pas déçu de notre séjour nous avons passé un très bon séjour nous remercions encore le propriétaire de sa gentillesse

This place really lived up to expectations with its location and standard. The apartment was perfect for a one week stay and had all you wanted including two aircons and a lovely balcony. But without the warm welcoming from Umberto we would most likely not rated it as high as we finally did. From day one we had excellent contact and he made sure to guide us with connections from Nice and finally to meet us at the station in Juan les Pins. All in all a place to recommend and we would be happy to come back one day.
