The location was good, a relatively good price. Nice balcony view.
The mattress ans pillow were very old and not comfortable. The apartment was equipped with all random leftover stuff. Not very clean, kitchen utensils were all sticky. One window shutter was not opening/closing.

Great location - very close to the beach, train station, bus stop 200 from Nice to Cannes. The apartment has a magnificent terrace and equipped with almost everything you need.
There wasn't hairdryer and the towels were terrible - old and caught. They need to be replaced.On some furniture there was a thick layer of dust.

La posizione è Top! Vicino a tutto, stazione, negozi, locali, spiaggia.La proprietaria mi ha fatto fare il check in un ora prima.
La cucina,tutto unto, sporco,le pentole ,non ho potuto cucinare nulla, tutto datato,si attaccava tutto sulle pentole. Tutta la cucina secondo me e da cambiare. Ho trovato nel cestino appena fatto check in, spazzatura dai clienti ché sono stati prima.letto scomodo , materasso sopra un altro materasso che si spostano.
