Perfectly located for Juan-les-Pins town and the beach. Everything you need in the kitchen, including a dishwasher. Equipped with a washing machine and even a beach umbrella. Friendly and welcoming host. Parking is a bit tricky to access (narrow and steep), so careful with a big car, but super convenient to have it.
Only downside is that the floor needed a vacuum when we arrived, but we just did that ourselves quickly. Everything else was delightful.

The room is a little bit cramped, but that’s spacious enough for family to stay in, we could have a very comfortable time in the clean room. If you want stay longer, that apartment has everything you’ll need. Be perfectly located for the beach, restaurant and supermarket.
The view from the window is not so good.
