This place was absolutely perfect. The view was breathtaking from early morning until late evening, and I never got tired of it. It was peaceful, quiet, and in the perfect location, making it easy to enjoy everything while still feeling relaxed. I truly loved my stay here and felt at home. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

The only minor downsides were that it could occasionally get a bit noisy from the street below, mostly on weekends. Also, from time to time, a slight smell of cigarette smoke would drift into the bedroom from outside. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and these small inconveniences didn’t take away from what was otherwise an excellent stay.

We were realy impresed by the location right near the beach and the amazing view from the balcony! If you are looking for the cozy, comfortable flat, you definitly should choose it, and sand beach is the best of the Cote d'azur with clear water and smooth sea enter. The parking spots are everywhere, they are free on weekends and at night. The kitchen has everything you need, the bath is clean and faucets work realy well (if you travel a lot - you know the problem) that was a huge plus. The bed were comfortable. The balcony big and had our meals only there)) both the bedroom and living room, have doors so you have intimacy if you'll travel with kids or with another couple. We are grateful that we were alowed to check in earlier, and want to send a big Thank you to the owner! We had a great week in Antibes!

The place was clean and comfortable. Very easy to communicate with the owner.
