The location is iconic and very picturesque. You do get a lot of people taking photos outside but we still found it quiet (mid May). Lovely outside space for breakfast in the sun. There is parking close by around the harbour. Leonardis is a very helpful and obliging host.

Die Lage war traumhaft, direkt am Hafen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung des Appartments ist top.
In der Anzeige standen 2 Schlafräume..aber eigentlich war es ein Schlafraum mit 3 Schlafmöglichkeiten. Eigentlich nur für Paare geeignet.

Sofitsaplace was absolutely a dream location. The very best in Kokkari. You are literally living in the postcard you will find on all the tourist brochures of Samos. We had a most wonderful vacation. The host is extremely kind and helpful. They went beyond and above. We were so lucky to go fishing one early morning with Leonidas, it ended up being one of our favourite moments on our holiday.
Often there were many tourists taking photos outside the house due to the famous view.
