Beautiful spot with balcony overlooking the bay, central to everything but nice and quiet

Clean rooms. Close to everything. The best location i believe in Kokkari to unwind. Beach, taverns, bus, shops, fishing off the wharf just in front of the taverns, feeding the ducks that gather near the bridge overlooking the tavern etc....for the ducks you got to get there at day break.....fishing, well its up to you. Seen plenty being caught day and night. Just ask the locals. They are always keen to help. Thank you again Theodore for being a terrific host.
Short stay....could have spent 3 more days i think to chill instead of the 5 days...we'll be back!

We loved our stay and could not have asked for more. The apartment is located right in the centre of the town but still quiet and peaceful. The balcony offers gorgeous views across the harbour. Theodore was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. We wouldn't change a thing.
The bathroom in flat 6 is a wet room, just to be aware if you prefer a shower cubicle that is separate. The room could potentially benefit from some softer mood lighting.

The location was excellent, the studio had a fridge, a hob and cutlery/crockery, the cleanliness was exceptional and the hosts were extremely friendly
