We felt very much at home at Studios Loukia. Everything was fine.

Lovely location. Excellent view of the water from the balcony. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Exceptionally clean apartment.

Perhaps a panel or a blind of some kind on the left side of the balcony in apartment 4 would be good to provide more privacy when sitting on the balcony.

Nice view of Kokkari , clean and silent

Location is super! Clean and silent

All rooms has a balcony but ours were under the sun in the morning so we couldn’t enjoy the view. We had to do our breakfast inside the room :( and it shouldn’t be allowed to smoke also at the balconies because they are close and no walls in between. We couldn’t open our room door because of the smoke next room.

Splendid view. Gorgeous studio with balcony. Very quiet surroundings. Very clean interior.

No great cons. Accessing the wifi was sometimes a bit difficult. Sometimes, especially in the mornings, you can smell the exhaust fumes from the Kokkari power plant.

Excellent stay, can’t wait to go again,

Stayed here several times now. Each apartment I have stayed in has been super clean and comfortable. The view overlooking the sea is great and Theo, our host is always most welcoming and helpful. Close to many excellent restaurants.

To me it looks like Studio Loukia is the best place to stay in Kokkari. Just a bit outside the centre, quiet and yet very close to everything. The terras is the most amazing relaxation place.

Appartmet was beautiful, quite roomy, with super comfy bed and good bathroom. View! Kitchenette well equipped.

Was not problem for us, but - if you have bad legs or weak heart, then maybe too much stairs when hot day.

Comfortable stay for short period, with a fantastic view of the port area.

The location was excellent, the view amazing. The bed comfortable. Ample room for belongings & it was very clean. Washing facilities are couple doors down.

Bathroom - namely the shower was a little small. The room we were in was on the ground floor so we couldn’t keep the French door open at night which made the room stuffy.

We loved Studios Loukia!

The best thing about our apartment studio was the balcony with a stunning view of the ocean! It was breathtaking. We even caught the most incredible sunrise from our balcony - it was amazing. The room was small, but adequate. The kitchenette worked alright for us. We made eggs with sautéed vegetables for breakfast. The woman who answered the door to give us the keys didn't speak much English, but she was still very helpful. We needed a taxi at 2:30 am for an incredibly early ferry boat (leaving at 3:25 am), so I had asked the Timothy to please schedule that. He came though thankfully and the taxi was there and waiting right on time!! The room was clean and the beds were good. They really packed a lot into the tiny room - we had a tiny table and two chairs too. There was also a small table and two chairs on the balcony, which was really nice. It's a 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach and lots of restaurants with gorgeous views. We rented two loungers with pads, a shade umbrella, and two waters from the restaurant (which was really good) called Tarsanas for 6 euros for the day. The beach is filled with small, beautiful, polished rocks (you need water shoes). The water is a beautiful, clear turquoise. It was quite windy during our stay - I think it is often windy. A lot of the area near the beach is mostly flat for walking, but to reach the studio there is a long staircase, so probably not best if you have mobility issues. I actually have a bad knee, but was able to manage without much problem. I'd highly recommend Studios Loukia. The town has a laid back vibe - lots of good restaurants, but didn't seem like a late night party place (which works for us). A real beach town.

It would have been nice if the kitchenette had just a few basics included like cooking oil, salt & butter. A spatula would also have been very helpful. It was a bit a of drag though that everyone around us constantly smoked on their balconies, so we couldn't get away from the cigarette smoke - but that's not the hotels fault, just a part of being in Europe.

Zicht op zee, dichtbij alles en toch heel rustig. Sfeervol en gastvrij verblijf

Centraal gelegen met weids uitzicht en heel rustig en sfeervol. Gastvrij en heel net verblijf. De kamer ligt pal in het centrum, op de 2de rij aan de zee. Rustiger dan op de eerste rij want daar zit je boven tavernes en restaurants. Een beetje trappen maar goed te doen. Gelegen temidden andere huizen en sfeervolle, rustige straatjes. 2 minuten wandelen naar strand en ook vlakbij tavernes en winkels. Ligt volledig beschermd tegen de drukte en de wind en er is altijd voldoende schaduw dankzij bomen of zonnescherm.Kamer is erg net, praktisch ingericht, we hadden ruim terras met weids uitzicht op de zee. Kraaknette handdoeken en lakens en kamer. Bedankt Theodore voor je gastvrijheid, hulp voor de taxi en nuttige info.

Er viel niets tegen, we hadden graag langer gebleven.

Fantastisk utsikt, rent och fräscht, sköna sängar, trevligt värdpar! Vi glömde en plånbok på rummet när vi lämnade, fantastiska Theodore körde hela vägen till Pythagorion och lämnade den till oss på vårt nya hotell! Så tacksamma!

Hade önskat att det fanns en brödrost och lite bättre kuddar!
