This house is new, clean and very comfortable. We loved it!

This property was amazing. The location was very central and easy to get to everything by car. Good parking. The gardens and the house were immaculate and clean. The house was new, all the furniture and house were very comfortable and clean. It was like being at your own home in a beautiful location! The owners were full of great information and recommendations, they were so helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Relaxing, Great Base and Clean

fantastic! couldn’t fault it at all, clean, well kept, really attentive owners who couldnt do more for you. we stayed in the apartment and the washing machine was a huge hit, it’s in the bathroom cupboard incase you can’t find it. the location is around 10 minutes walk from the airport and 40 minutes from the port. cleaning was every 2/3 days and the groceries in the fridge were a nice feature.

there is nothing i didn’t like but as others have said Sun loungers would be great, I knew in advance they didn’t have them so packed my laying out blanket for the grass. worked a treat.

Loved Ilias and Valia ( and their gorgeous little baby boy) who gave 100 % to make our 6-day stay relaxing and worry-free. They were wonderful. Thank you so much for answering all our queries promptly, pre-filling the fridge with essentials (a thoughtful gesture), asking us the best time for the cleaning lady to come, printing essential documents and taking us to the airport. The apartment is super comfortable and the gardens are beautiful. The attention to detail shows how determined this young couple are to ensure their guests are well looked after. We loved it.

I couldn't find anything to complain about but sun-loungers would be a great addition to the garden area.

Felt like home !

I would have given a ten out of ten to Elaia villas anyways, as we felt at home the minute we walked in. The house was fully equipped, decorated with care, conveniently located, with a nice view of olive trees and the sea. But Valia’s warm welcome and hospitality made our staying even more pleasant ! Highly recommended !!!

Great island, great facility

This facility consists out of three villas, it has its own garden and outdoor place were you can relax. The facility is family owned and the owners are really nice and helpfull. Our villa had two kitchens, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. They cleaned the facility every three days.

The only two things we missed were a pool or hot-tub. a small pool would be good for if you want to stay around the facility for a day or so. And a washing machine would also be handy.

Beautiful comfortable oasis for a family trip

The Villa was very well appointed with everything we needed, including mosquito repellant! Comfortable beds and good water pressure, a great place to return to after a day of exploring the Island. Staples were provided on arrival which was very lovely, allowed us to relax with a coffee without having to venture out for milk etc straight away.

La vida que uno se merece

Samos es: la vida que uno se merece. Y estas villas son un sueño. Tenes todo para pasarlo genial. La ubicación es perfecta porque estás cerca de pythagoreio (la zona con mas onda) y con fácil acceso a las rutas. Samos es muy grande, necesitas alquilar auto para moverte. Anda a Psilis beach y Ludavaki beach: imperdibles. Todas estas recomendaciones me las dio el personal de Elaias villa. Hicieron todo para que la pasaramos espectacular. Es gigante la villa, muy muy comoda. Y super seguro.

Que después de haber estado ahí es super difícil volver a la vida de uno. Pensalo porque Samos es un camino de ida. Vivir en esta villa en esta isla griega sería el ideal del paraíso.

Mükemmel Tatil Evi!

Ev sahibimiz son derece güler yüzlü ve içtendi. Bizi candan karşıladı, anahtar tesliminde ihtiyacımız olabilecek tüm bilgileri paylaştı, plaj önerilerinde bulundu ve aklımıza takılan her soruyu içtenlikle yanıtladı. Ev ise gerçekten muhteşemdi! Üç katlı ve çok kullanışlı bir şekilde tasarlanmış. Orta katta geniş bir salon, ferah bir mutfak ve keyifli bir teras; üst katta iki yatak odası ve bir banyo; en alt katta ise bir yatak odası, salonla bir arada mutfak ve bir banyo bulunuyor. Ayrıca her katın kendine ait terası var. İki çift ya da iki aile için son derece konforlu ve rahat bir ortam sunuyor. Üstelik ev çok zevkli bir şekilde döşenmiş, dekorasyonuyla da kendimizi hemen evimizde hissettik. Bunun yanında büyük bir bahçesi var ve köpeğimiz burada vakit geçirmeye bayıldı. Bahçe boydan boya taş duvarla çevrili olduğu için oldukça güvenliydi. Araba için park yeri de mevcut ve kapısı otomatik açılıp kapanıyor, bu da çok pratik ve güzel bir detaydı. Etrafın zeytin ağaçlarıyla çevrili olması ise ortama ayrı bir huzur ve keyif kattı. Biz iki çift ve bir köpekle konakladık ve hepimiz gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Mutfakta bardaklar, tabaklar, kahve kupaları dahil ihtiyacımız olabilecek tüm mutfak eşyaları vardı. Ayrıca ütü, çamaşır makinesi, bulaşık makinesi gibi tüm kolaylıklar da mevcuttu. Eve girdiğimiz gün buzdolabında ve mutfakta ikramlar vardı: su, soda, kola, atıştırmalıklar, hatta yumurta bile düşünülmüştü. Biz 6 gece konakladık ve bir gün evde temizlik de yapıldı. Plajdan döndüğümüzde ev mis gibi tertemizdi, havlularımız yenilenmişti. Bu detay bizi ayrıca çok mutlu etti. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz! Ve umarım yeniden gideriz!

Una casa bellissima ❤️

Bellissima casa su due piani. Grandi spazi, abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno. Casa equipaggiata con tutti gli elettrodomestici e al nostro arrivo il frigorifero e la dispensa erano riempiti per noi. Proprietaria di casa davvero molto disponibile a consigliarci e a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Posizione ottimale a 5 minuti da Pytagorio e, nonostante la vicinanza all’aeroporto non si sentiva un rumore, era tutto molto ben insonorizzato.

Bugüne kadar karşılaştığımız en iyi evsahipligi oldu. Ev son derece kullanışlı, cok zevkli döşenmiş, misafirlerin ihtiyaçları düşünülmüş. Bir dahaki ziyaretimizde kesinlikle buraya gelmeyi düşünürüz.
