Quality family time! No signal so you really get to spend quality time with the children! Very cozy!
Everything was perfect, was a bit of a pain to have to do all the bedding yourself!

Pods were great,
Cleanliness very good in toilets and showers
Warm in the pod
Sheets very clean.
Facilities were great
Could do with a kettle
Didn’t like plastic sheets.
No cooked breakfast on our stay- should’ve told us days before we got there.

Warm, clean, cosy camping pod.
Lovely site with large clean shower blocks.
Nice swimming pool.
Good location
Pod was just a bit too small for family of 4.
Weather wasn't great and there was no where to hang anything .
A few shelves or hooks would have been handy.

the pods were bigger and better than expected.
It would be have been better if we had tea making facilities

We’re disappointed that the Bar for Breakfast wasn’t open on Tuesday for the use of our two for one Breakfast voucher

I thought the facilities were excellent, all with friendly, helpful staff and the food was superb with a great choice. I also enjoyed visiting the surrounding areas, in particular Barnstaple and Arlington Court National Trust property. I loved the accommodation, living in the spacious camping pods which were nice and warm and very well equipped - much better than camping with a tent.
Nothing with regards to the accommodation or facilities. But initially, it did take me a while to find out where all the best electric vehicle charging facilities were. I have to say, the staff were very helpful in this respect.

The pod was very clean, great facilities on site and friendly staff. Really beautiful location and perfect for families or those wanting to get away. Ilfracombe and Woolacombe just a short drive away.
On the booking information it says "linen provided" however on arrival we discovered the only linen they provide is sheets - you don't get duvets or pillows. I was really disappointed by this becuase otherwise we would have come prepared. We ended up buying some blow up camping pillows in the nearby Tesco and thankfully as it was so hot we just used the sheets provided as covers.

Nothing
No towels , nowhere to buy any around , no kettle to use or a microwave or anything, Had to make the bed ourselves with no fitted sheets, plastic and mattress ripped. Toilets miserable. Paid two night but the condition forced us to leave after the first one, even if the travel was 5 h back, no signal or wifi.

Loved our camping pod, very clean as was the toilet & shower block. Staff were all very friendly & helpful. Enjoyed the swimming pool but be aware of the additional cost.
Having to pay extra to swim, no lifeguard (high season) so an adult had to swim, which incurred more cost. Wi-Fi not free! Takeaway only open at weekends and it’s high season. Signs saying you have to book to swim, number provided always ‘user busy’ went to reception who then tell you you don’t have to book, even says you have to book in leaflet in accomodation.

The people was friendly and staff , good atmosphere too we wish we had k own about what u had there tho like pool and bar
The mattress was not comfy for.a disabled person but that's all.we have to complain about

It was lovely but could have benefited from a kettle and small fridge.
I thought the pod was good. Top bunk wasn’t easy to access for older teenagers. The shower/toilet block closest to us was not cleaned fully at all during our stay with no toilet paper in many toilets. I had family in other areas however and their shower/toilet block were much better.

Location, plenty of space for kids to play
Pools too cold to use, Arcade is poorly maintained as most of the machines don’t dispose tickets won (they stuck), only one playground (even though 2 are shown on the park map, but other one is removed from site), staff didn’t seem bothered or helpful at all..

Brilliant site for families with kids. The pods are great value for money!
A kettle would be nice!

The staff and facilities were so welcoming.
Nothing can't wait to come back.
10.0 / 10.0
The convenience of having facilities practically next door, the cleanliness of the park and the helpful friendly staff
Lack of wasp traps as there were quite a few trying to get into the pod. Club house needs a little bit of updating ideally, but I understand this is something that is the pipeline.
4.0 / 10.0
Friendly staff
Easy check in
Every thing was clean
The pod was too hot, they need a fan.
Plastic on the mattresses, the bed linen did not stay on the bed, so you ended up stuck on plastic.
It is difficult to make the beds without killing your back.
RIP off WiFi! You have to pay for it, which we didn't.

Pods were beautiful and surprisingly spacious and the campsite very quiet. There was never a queue for the showers and everything was very clean. Kids loved the open space to roam around on their bikes and the playground and swimming pool a big bonus.
The plastic covers on the mattresses made it feel like we were sleeping on crisp packets! So noisy and uncomfortable and the sheets slid off.
I would recommend better signage for the drinking water and perhaps the staff at reception could alert new guests to their location as the stations are not immediately obvious. We ended up filling our bottles in the washing up room and only learned on our last day that the water wasn't suitable for drinking!

Amazing wildlife and bird song. Good location fir North Devon beaches etc. Really nice warden who sortt of rectified the cleanliness issue. Toilet block v clean. Apart from not being cleaned properly pod was adequate and reflected the price. Pet friendly.
No response ir apology when milk I bought wasoff or offer of replacement. Even though glamping pod was unacceptably filthy under beds, rubbish too. Had to complain. Lights from sale caravans shone all night. Loud music from club and touring field. Way too big and busy for me even out of high season. Most staff didn't seemed bothered. Takeaway not good and overpriced. Shop rarely open.

The pod was lovely, nice position within the campsite. The campsite was very well maintained, excellent staff and great facilities. So nice that we had crazy golf and swimming as part of the stay at no extra cost. The pod was great value for money in a beautiful area.

Camping pods were situated near the shower and toilet block. The dishwashing and laundry room was also incorporated in the shower building. Food was served in the stable bar and I can recommend the Chicken, Ham Hock and Leek Pie.

Location and the pod were great . Staff very helpful and the facilities really nice and clean
The mattresses were not very good , uncomfortable but the main issue was that they were incredibly plasticky and the sheets , not being the fitted kind , would move in the night resulting on you becoming stuck on them !

Loved the pod, very cosy and like glamping just what you’d expect no fridge or kitchen but advertised correct and brung cool box for foods
Toilet blocks very standard, bins and everything in place but still lots of rust and dirty maybe in need of full deep clean such as cobwebs etc
The pod itself plastic beds I’d say 6/10. Also had quite afew bugs, many spiders in windows etc, Lots of ants which can be off putting but I knew it was the time of year for them so probably a colony near in ground.
On site reception was always closed opening times not very clear, told to get keys from bar as late check in but then got sent round in circles and back to reception for someone to get them after walky talkies but once checked in was fine. Monday & Tuesday they don’t serve food on site which I would’ve loved to of known about and couldn’t find where it says prior.

Location was amazing and the accommodation was just what I needed.
Plastic covering on beds not as comfortable as it could be.
6.0 / 10.0
Clean and well laid out site, nice pod with comfortable beds.
Could benefit from a couple of utilities like a kettle and toaster, mini fridge.
Requested an extra night, there was lots of available pods but the system wouldn’t allow the girls in reception to book 1 night, only 2. We found a lovely B&B in Ilfracombe instead.

Pods are clean and lot of green area. Nice and quite swimming pool and entertainment for kids ( adults not visited entertainment or pub) decided to enjoy outside
Website not updated and states swimming pool and bar closed until November, emailed few times with some queries no communication received back. On arrival found out swimming pool and bar is open and they forgot to update website

I wish I’d brought food storage & cooking equipment & a kettle!

The price
Would have been better if there was a kitchen area to use on the washing up area to make tea and coffee

The camping pod itself was great, we were 1 adult and 1 child and it was a great size for us and our belongings. The pods are right next to the toilets/showers.
The location is fab for Barnstaple and Ilfracombe/Woolacombe.
There was nowhere to eat on site during the day. We weren't given any information of opening times when checking in and the leaflet in our welcome pack simply states there is a restaurant/bar and a chip shop (the ship shop is only open Friday to Monday and the bar opens at 3pm).
The arcade was open but only half the machines were working.
It was half term in our part of the country and although a week earlier than local schools, we were disappointed about how deserted the park was and needing to go offsite to get breakfast/lunch

No security on site. Assault took place. Nobody available to help, main office is closed no telephone numbers just some postcodes. This facility is not safe, do not stay here!
Neither booking.com of facility has reached out after raising the issue. Please do not go here!
Raised again and company have ignored both me and booking.com. honestly atrocious.
