Location. Bus stop opposite,metro just down the road. Easy access to centre and all over. Host great. Late check in and even left milk in fridge for us. Always available . Always replies. 2. balconies either side so sun all day! Washer, dishwasher fridge freezer, clothes maiden iron . Shower excellent. Spacious apartment. Very clean. Toiletries, cleaning products included. Good WiFi connection. Fully equipped kitchen with clean utensils. Is on 8th floor but there is a lift. Big supermarket 5 minutes away. Main bed is enormous and extremely comfortable.

Sofa bed was not comfy but we put mattress on floor and that gave a firm base Elec did trip a few times but host said issue with local services so should be resolved now. Switch boiler off when using cooker and that helps!

Posizione strategica, vicino ad una fermata della metro che in meno di 5min porta al Colosseo o anche con una semplice passeggiata di 20min ti porta nella zona del Circo Massimo. Noi abbiamo scelto questo appartamento in primis per la sua posizione, perché eravamo a Roma per la maratona. L‘appartamento è molto bello, spazioso, luminoso e soprattutto, silenzioso! L‘Host é molto disponibile e anche il suo amico che ci ha accolti. L‘appartamento ha tutto il necessario di cui si ha bisogno per un soggiorno. Supermercati e ristoranti sono molto vicini, e anche un viale con diversi negozi.

L’appartement très fonctionnel, tous les produits nécessaires y étaient. Bonus : la clim, indispensable en été. Bien situé à 20min à pied du Colisée, 10min du métro.

Manque de mobilier sur le balcon, la literie un peu dure.

Location was quiet but really close to the centre of Rome, lots of parks nearby and only a 15 minute walk to the colosseum. Metro was close and buses run right past the door.

TV was small and no apps, could do with a larger, smart TV with Netflix and Prime. The electrics were a bit iffy, tripped the mains switch a number of times using the cooker but easy to fix.
