VIVA Rome Apartment " 3 minuti dal Colosseo "

Excellent location, with a metro station and a large supermarket just a short walk away. The Colosseum can be reached in around 15 minutes on foot. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with two large bedrooms and an additional living area, providing plenty of space for our group of six. The washing machine was very useful, and the host was friendly and welcoming.

There was occasionally a slight sewage smell in the bathroom. Also, there was no microwave. This wasn’t a major issue for us, but a microwave would have been more convenient for reheating food than using the oven.

Lo que no me gustó y es la primera vez que me pasa (siendo viajera habitual), es que , al avisarle al anfitrión que llegaríamos aproximadamente a las 22:30/23hs por nuestro vuelo, me cobraron 30 euros extra, ya que el check in era durante una pequeña franja horaria y si llegabas fuera de ella se debía pagar un extra ( esta información no figura en la reserva de booking) sólo te enteras cuando el anfitrión te escribe por el chat de booking y lo pagas en efectivo. La llave la entrega el dueño del lugar por lo que lo vi como un aspecto negativo a considerar, ya que en la puerta de entrada había un buzón con código para llaves como en otros sitios. Tampoco pude dejar en ningún lugar mi mochila por un par de horas al salir (por que el check out era muy temprano) ya que no era tampoco viable, ese fue también otro aspecto negativo, check out muy temprano (9 am) en muchos sitios son entre las 12 y 14hs.
