About this apartment rental
A stone's throw from the Colosseum, Circo Massimo, Caracalla, San Giovanni. Bright and quiet apartment of 75 square meters. on the roofs of Rome, finely restored in April 2019. Living room with kitchen, two bedrooms (one double with private bathroom and the other with two single beds), a master bathroom, plus a French double sofa bed. Smart TV with Netflix included, both in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms. Wi Fi free with optical fiber. Check in 13-21 h. Check out 10 am
The house is located in a building with a doorman and overlooks a large garden. Outside there is a large area equipped with benches, flowers and numerous shops, bars, restaurants, a tobacconist, a pharmacy, a newsagent, some frutterie and pizzerias. Only 100 mt. the famous and historic Piazza Epirus market.
The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating system.
The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people and equipped with exclusive services for guests such as the Nespresso machine with pods, toaster, kettle, juicer, American coffee machine.
Welcome snacks and juices plus a bottle of good Italian wine for a stay of at least 7 nights
For the little ones: high chair, camping cot and bottle warmer.
Other services offered: safe, luggage stand and a wardrobe equipped for laundry and ironing.
Also a pillow menu to offer a tailor-made rest. For our guests you will find the Memory Royal Latex Pillow, for those who like to sleep on a lower and more compact pillow, while for those who like to sleep on a higher and softer pillow you will find the Silver Softlen Pillow and a mattress menu to personalize your own sleep. The latter are breathable, fireproof, certified by the Ministry of the Interior.
The products used for personal and household cleaning are carefully selected, biodegradable and dermatologically tested.
The bathrooms are spacious and equipped with dispensers with foam bath, shampoo and hair conditioner cream, hygienic bags, hair dryer, toilet paper, towel warmer. The large showers are 100 x 120 cm and 100 x 140 cm.
A late check-in supplement of € 15 is required from 21.00 to 24.00.
The city tax in Rome is mandatory and is € 3.50 per person per day to be paid on the spot, in cash, to the Host upon arrival.
Guests have their entire apartment at their disposal.
The Host is always available by phone, by email and through social media to respond promptly to any request.
Or more enveloping. Guests can choose to have a double bed or a double bed.
They can also use the following paid services:
1. Transfer service.
2. Linen change and house cleaning.
3. Italian lessons.

This apartment was perfect for our needs and is located in a very nice Roman neighborhood. Once we were familiar with the digital locks operated by cell phone our stay was great.The apartment was clean, the bathrooms were modern and the kitchen was very nice. The beds were comfortable and there was a television in each bedroom and the living room. The apartment has ATAC public buses running right by and it's only a 15 minute walk to the Metro and to the basilica San Giovanni in Laterno. There are numerous restaurants and pizzarias in the area and the one right downstairs was perfect for breakfast. We also went a short way to Ristorante Romolo e Remo and the food was top quality and very inexpensive.We never met Gabriele but it wasn't necessary for our arrival. He was always available by WhatsApp and phone and he was very patient helping us use the cell phone system to unlock the apartment. Once we were familiar with it it was easy to enter the building and apartment.We're not sure when or if we'll be back in Rome but this apartment would be a place we would love to stay again.

We truly enjoyed staying at AmoRhome. The apartment was clean and beautiful and perfect for two couples. The host was very responsive and helpful for all of our needs. We loved the location. The coffee shop right downstairs is wonderful as well as the restaurants. Try the chocolate cornetto and cappuccino! Very charming in the evening. Go down for an aperativo. Perfect location for a visit to The Colusseum and The Vatican. I highly recommend this apartment!

Great location with excellent staff that meet us and explained all the key information. Conveniently located in residential area with plenty of food and grocery options. Easy walk to Forum and Coliseum.
