l'emplacement proche centre ville. accès facile à pieds depuis la gare train. chambre propre et pratique. les responsables du logement étaient réactifs à mes demandes et messages. sérieux dans l'ensemble.
je n'ai pas aimé le manque de climatisation dans la chambre. et j'ai eu un problème : pas de télécommande TV la première nuit. il a fallu attendre le technicien sur place le lendemain matin. mon séjour a donc été écourté d'une demi journée à cause de l'intervention (il fallait ma présence)... à ce jour je n'ai eu aucune compensation financière... ce qui me semble anormal.

En ce qui concerne l'heure d'arrivée et l'heure de départ. Je souhaiterais l'heure d'arrivée à 13h et celle de départ à 12h. Merci Cordialement

It was exceptionally clean, furnished in a modern and very organized way. The property had everything I needed to feel comfortable and eat from home. The location was excellent.
I didn’t realize it would be a 2-bedroom facility, so as a woman traveling alone, that is something to be mindful of. The security seems very good however I think an explanation of the locking system is required because not all of the roommates locked the door once entering or leaving.

A livello di pulizia niente da dire: ineccepibile.
Avevi chiesto un cuscino supplementare, ma non l’ho avuto. Il letto non era proprio comodo. Le formalità per il check-in sono un po’ complicate, mentre per il check-out niente da dire.
