The apartment is cosy, yet spacious

Central location Republique Metro 10 mins. Large floor plan. Good kitchen, fridge, utensils. Full bath! Good building security.
Apartment is owners own home, which is rented through BOOKING.COM occasionally. Much too much furniture for floor plan size. Too many of owner's personal possessions in apartment and fridge/freezer. We experienced significant noise from local residents above who returned home at midnight 0000 each day with noisy young children and woke us up each night. Skylight in bedroom is very noisy when it rains. No security box. Some construction noise during the day. Small bedroom.

Julie was very nice allowing an early checkin and late checkout. The apartment is well located and has everything.
