Wir sind eine Familie mit 2 Teenagern. Luca war super nett und hat uns sehr zuvorkommend empfangen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wirkte frisch renoviert. Die Holzbalken und die Steinwände machen die Räume sehr gemütlich. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Ausstattung war top. Unsere zwei Teenager (170 cm und 185 cm groß) hatten genug Platz auf der Schlafcouch. Die Wohnung ist zum Glück total ruhig und kann durch Rollos völlig abgedunkelt werden. Dadurch hatten wir einen sehr erholsamen Schlaf. Wir haben jeden Morgen in dem Café/Restaurant auf der Ecke für kleines Geld gefrühstückt-ist sehr zu empfehlen. Einen kleinen Einkaufsladen gibt es auf der anderen Ecke, dort konnten wir alles nötige besorgen. Die Metrostationen sind gut zu erreichen und bringen einen zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ach ja, die Wohnung hat sogar einen Safe. Ich persönlich habe mich sehr über die tolle Kaffeemaschine und den ausreichend vorhandenen Kaffee gefreut! Und es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft können wir absolut empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Good location close to the Metro, cafes and restaurants. Spotlessly clean with everything needed provided. Luca is a great host and always responded quickly to our questions.

The location was great - lots of restaurants/cafes/shops and transport options close by. It was easy to walk places too

Evenings were a little bit noisy outside but only for a few hours and generally we were up as well so not really a problem for us

Beautiful, quite large and very comfortable flat, very new and stylish containing everything you need! The host is very helpful and well- organized. Excellent location in a very authentic neighborhood with nice restaurants and cafes nearby. The touristy spots are easy to reach by metro. Convenient parking space is available if you are an excellent driver. Staying at the great flat made our first Paris experience perfect.
