Super Lage in einem interessanten Viertel. Sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Supermärkte, Bars, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Es könnte mal abgestaubt werden. Sehr enge Toilette.

El alojamiento tiene espacio y de todo. Se notaba limpio para ser un departamento parisino clásico. Se agradecen las cápsulas de café de cortesía. Muy cerca del metro, del Canal Saint Martin y de cafés. Fue una buena estancia, para la noche que pasamos.
Las instrucciones automáticas que me llegaron cuando hice la reserva describían otra ciudad en Australia! Fue algo confuso. De cualquier modo los códigos de las instrucciones sí funcionaron. Pero no indicaban el lugar donde estarían las llaves. A pesar de que preguntamos al propietario varias veces no hubo respuesta. Finalmente por suerte, las encontramos. El lavamanos tenía un desperfecto pero lo pude arreglar.

L'emplacement dans ce quartier, la déco chaleureuse, la disponibilité de l'hôte. Les lits étaient prêts et le linge de bain également. Il y avait toutes les petites choses dont on a besoin pour dépanner, et du café. C'est très appréciable.
L'hôte n'y peut rien, mais il fait vite très chaud dans cet appartement, même par temps de pluie en été. C'est un point à savoir. Un ventilateur est mis à disposition.
