Comfortable, thoughtful, and very easy to recommend

We had a great stay at Innisfail Edi. The house décor was excellent — very tasteful and clearly well thought out. You can tell the hosts really understand what guests actually need. Everything was covered, from the basics like tea, coffee and a kettle, to nicer touches like a coffee machine and a fridge. The place was spotlessly clean and offered plenty of privacy, even though it’s a shared property. The bathroom was particularly impressive — exceptionally well stocked and maintained. It’s dog friendly, and the hosts were genuinely lovely with our dog, which we really appreciated. Parking availability was a big plus, and the location worked very well for us — close to the bus stop and train station, away from the city’s chaos but close enough for a quick and easy commute in for sightseeing. Overall, a very comfortable, well-run place with thoughtful hosts. Would happily stay here again.

A spotless, comfortable stay with a wonderful host in a quiet, convenient location.

The host, Raffaella, was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. She truly goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. The room and bathroom were spotless and equipped with everything you could need (and more) for a comfortable stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, with bus and tram stops just a few minutes’ walk away. It was perfect for what we needed during our time in Edinburgh.

Raffella was a beautiful host - so warm and welcoming. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious. The king bed was so luxurious and we had the best sleep!

A conveniently located, very comfortable room in an exceptional host's home.

We unfortunately did not get to spend as much time as we would have liked here, especially to try out the jacuzzi tub! Raffaella is very kind and her home is superbly appointed and very tastefully decorated with top quality bathroom fixtures and furniture. The room and bathroom were exceptionally spotless. Grazie tanto, Raffaella!

The host is lovely, the room is immaculate and bigger than it seems in the photos. The bathroom is clean, well stocked, and decorated. The accommodation is a very short walk from the railway station and very easy to get into the centre of Edinburgh. It is also close to the motorways for sightseeing. Would recommend it to anyone.

Really enjoyable and absolutely recommended!

The owner is super kind and helpful, the room has a lot of comfort (like a small fridge, a microwave oven, the espresso coffee machine) and the bathroom too has a lot of stuff that you can use. I loved the warm ambience and I felt like at home. The place is well connected by public transport and you can check-out at any time.

One of the best places I have stayed in

Everything was absolutely perfect! The room was very cozy, this was the cleanest place I have ever been to!! I was amazed The hostess was very nice and communicative, she really takes care of her guests making sure they have the best time. I appreciated every little detail showing how much she cared for her guests (bath bombs and salts, mini face towels, tea and coffee in the room). It is not a hotel but a private house (which we knew before staying and we were absolutely fine with it but perhaps it may not be as clear to everyone) 6 minutes walk to the train station, 5 mins to Tesco and Lidl, very nice neighberhood, very quiet and safe. We were able to get to the center of Edinbourgh in 20 mins. Definitely recommend it!

Excellent séjour à Edimbourg

Très bonne communication et excellent accueil de la part de notre hôte. La chambre est à l'étage d'une maison située dans un quartier très calme entre l'aéroport et le centre ville. Le bus qui fait la liaison aéroport-centre est à 10 mn à pied, à côté de commerces et restaurants. Le bus 12 qui se rend au centre est à 3 mn à pied. La chambre n'est pas très grande mais nous pouvions déposer nos valises dans le hall. Elle est très bien équipée : grand lit, commodes, réfrigérateur, micro onde, cafetière, bouilloire, tv. Il y avait des boissons et du chocolat dans le réfrigérateur, ce qui a été très apprécié en arrivant ! La salle de bain est parfaite, avec une baignoire balnéo.

Tolle Unterkunft mit eigen Badezimmer bewerte

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist zwischen Flughafen und Cit gelegen. Alles ist aber mit dem Bus extrem gut angebunden. Das Zimmer ist gleich neben einem neuneingerichtetem Bad mit Badewanne und WC, dass zur persönlichen Nutzung des Aufenthalts dient. Im Zimmer gibt es auch einen Kühlschrank, eine Nespressomaschine und eine Mikrowelle. Die Gastgeberin ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften sogar schon früher das Zimmer beziehen.
