U get what you pay for.

Straightforward. Met our need of enough space for 6 beds+2 baths, close to train station, working elevator. Simple kitchen. Clean, newly renovated. Digital lock - no fuss with door cards or keys. Hot showers, heating okay, sufficient linen. Balcony was pretty but pity no furniture to sit on.

instructions for laundry can be clearer. toilet suction poor - takes at least 3-5 flushes. paid for 6 persons but cutlery / plates / glasses for 5. While practical, I didn’t like paying extras here and there for early check in, laundry.

By far the best apartment I have ever stayed in with our family of 5.

Spacious and clean apartment with 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). Nice modern building. The easiest and simplest access ever: no keys to collect, just a unique code you enter at the entrance. This is especially convenient in case group members come and go at different times. Communication with host was fast and excellent. Location was very good, a few minutes walk from train station, town square, shops etc.

Air-conditioning is central for the whole apartment, but that's no major issue if everybody is OK with it.

I would stay again, has everything you need, clean and a great location.

Brand new building and extremely clean. Location is brilliant for exploring the city centre and view close to the train station! The apartment is small but well laid out and has two great bathrooms and bedrooms.

The baloney is great but there is nothing on it, so you can use a kitchen chair. The bins are very small and there is five.

Eigentlich eine glatte 10 (für außergewöhnlich), warum nur eine 4 (für enttäuschend), bitte lesen:

Lage und Sauberkeit top, nichts zu kritisieren. Parkplatz abgesperrt vorhanden. Alles mit dem gleichen Schlüsselcode zu öffnen. Auto kann schon vor dem Check-in 15h abgestellt werden und kann länger als 10h beim Check-Out stehen bleiben.

Gebäude ist wie ein Hotel mit Rezeption nur mit zig Appartments über 5 Stockwerken - eine sogenannte CASHCOW, alle möglichen Leute im Haus mit hoher Fluktuation, keinerlei Ablagen um Handy oder ähnliches abzulegen, keine Sideboards um sein Handy zu laden, keine Möglichkeit seine Jacken und Mäntel irgendwo hinzuhängen (das im Winter!) - alles muss man auf den Fußboden legen oder auf das Sofa, keine Möglichkeit im Bad seine Handtücher hinzuhängen, keine Sitzmöglichkeiten auf den großen Balkonen, Fernseher im Schlafzimmer und nicht im Wohnzimmer, absolut lieblos und steril ausgestattet, keine Weingläser, Plastikbecher, keine Käsereiben - NICHTS! Und für einen Chihuahua auch noch 10EUR extra pro Nacht! Warum - für was? Dann geht auch noch der Strom aus wenn man weg ist, das heisst die Spülmachine macht erst wieder weiter wenn man wieder da ist. Ich bewerte daher nicht mit 10 sondern nur mit 4, damit sich was ändert und den Preis rechtfertigt. Geht man die Rezensionen aller Kunden durch, wiederholen sich alle meine Kritiken mehrfach, aber trotzdem wird nichts dagegen unternommen. Erst schlechte Bewertungen werden wahrscheinlich Gegenmaßnahmen erzwingen. Es fehlt die Liebe in den Zimmern, in der Ausstattung, da hilft auch kein kitschiger Weihnachtsbaum in der Lobby. Schlichtweg daher viel zu teuer. Wir waren schon oft in Trento, es gibt persönlichere, liebevollere und günstigere Appartments, auch noch weit zentraler. Sonderausstattung: 5 verschiedene Mülleimer zum Trennen und ein Feuerlöscher!

Alles perfekt.

Der Schriftverkehr für den Türcode in gutem Englisch war klar verständlich. Appartement gut ausgestattet, alles neu und absolut sauber. Heizung gut warm (wir waren im Dezember da). Die Lage direkt am Rande der Altstadt und nahe am Bahnhof war für die Zugfahrt nach Verona und Bozen günstig. Sicherer Abstellplatz für das Auto konnte um €17,- pro Tag gemietet werden. Bäckerei 3 min zu Fuß entfernt. Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und jedes mit eigenem Badezimmer war für 2 Paare ideal.

Es gibt nichts, was reklamiert werden könnte.

Tutto perfetto!

Sono stata con le mie amiche ai mercatini di Natale. Accessibilità facile. Confortevole, nuovo, ben arredato e completo di ogni necessità. Il terrazzino era favoloso. Peccato non averlo potuto usare! Faceva freddo fuori. La possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia all'arrivo che in partenza è un servizio prezioso. Vicinissimo alla stazione e al centro storico. Personale cortese e disponibile. Lo consiglio di sicuro.

Se proprio devo segnalare qualcosa, la tv dovrebbe stare in ambo le stanze e non in una soltanto, oppure nel salone. Sarebbe utile uno specchio da terra. ;)

Vacanze mercatini con amiche

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una sola notte, in sei amiche, e siamo rimaste tutte entusiaste! La casa era pulitissima, curata in ogni dettaglio e davvero fornita di tutto il necessario: dall’occorrente per la cucina ai piccoli comfort che fanno sentire subito a casa. La posizione è ottima, comoda per raggiungere tutto a piedi e perfetta per chi vuole vivere al meglio la zona senza stress. Un altro grande punto di forza è stata la gentilezza del personale: disponibili, accoglienti e sempre pronti ad aiutare con il sorriso, ci hanno fatte sentire davvero benvenute. Un soggiorno breve ma impeccabile. Torneremmo volentieri e lo consigliamo assolutamente! 🌟

Ausgezeichnete Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Altstadt, Parkplatz direkt bei der Unterkunft (17 €), 2-Zimmer Appartment mit Balkon und wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge. Unkomplizierte und angenehme Kommunikation mit dem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Kleiner Hinweis: etwas zum Aufhängen der Jacken in Türnähe.

Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen in und um Trient.

Die Unterkunft liegt im Zentrum, fußläufig zum Bahnhof und Innenstadt. Alles ist neu und gepflegt. An der Rezeption sind freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen, die sehr hilfsbereit sind.

Auf den schönen Balkonen fehlten ein Tisch und Stühle. Weingläser wären auch toll.

Appartamenti puliti, spaziosi, confortevoli e in centro. La struttura ha risposto a qualsiasi esigenza e sono sempre stati disponibilissimi.

Aggiungerei della carta in cucina (tovaglioli o scottex) e una pastiglia per la lavastoviglie in più, inoltre suggerirei dei phon normali perchè quelli in dotazione non sono adatti a chi ha capelli lunghi, sono scomodissimi e richiedono tempo infinito

Eccezionale!!

Appartamento di recentissima ristrutturazione, bello, pulito e spazioso. Posizione eccezionale attaccata al centro città. Comodo anche il parcheggio. Comodissimo avere 2 bagni. Struttura assolutamente consigliata.

Letti un pelino stretti. Qualche appendino in casa e soprattutto in bagno non guasterebbe (è più un consiglio che una critica)

Week end a Trento

Sicuramente la posizione vicina al centro, alla stazione ferroviaria e facile da raggiungere quando si arriva da fuori Trento in auto. La disponibilità e la cortesia dello staff. L'appartamento ristrutturato da poco, pulito, spazioso, arredamento nuovo, anche angolo cottura con tutte le stoviglie. Ottimo per due coppie di amici che possono stare insieme, ma con due camere e due bagni distinti. Parcheggio della struttura prenotabile a pagamento, ma comodissimo. Prezzo/ qualità molto buono

L'unica osservazione, ma solo per praticità: mancano cestini nei bagni, dei ganci per asciugamani da doccia nel bagno cieco. E se possibile mettere nelle camere, delle sedie e porta valige. Grazie

Neue Stamm-Location für Trento

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld über WhatsApp hat hervorragend funktioniert. Alles, was zum Check-in benötigt wurde, ging kontaktlos über WhatsApp. Das Appartement ist großzügig und modern eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber. Es gibt bei Reservierung einen Parkplatz am Haus. Die Lage ist super, direkt um die Ecke kommt man in die Altstadt.

Un alloggio funzionale in posizione comodissima

La posizione ottima, vicino al centro, con un minimarket a pochi metri. La struttura è nuova e con bellissime finiture, l'arredo è pulito e lineare, molto moderno ed essenziale. Il letto comodissimo. La climatizzazione funziona bene.

Più che una critica un suggerimento, qualche piano d'appoggio in più, anche in bagno. Con qualche arredo in più sarebbe perfetto.

Spartano, ma super confortevole

Posizione ottima, vicinissimo alla stazione e al centro, tutto nuovo, ambiente climatizzato, bagni spaziosi, letti comodissimi, zona tranquilla in un palazzo con concierge e ascensore, tutto modernissimo. Ci tornerei di sicuro.

L'assenza della moka, non a tutti piace il caffè liofilizzato e c'era solo un bollitore. Lasciare delle salviette di carta e un rotolo di carta casa sarebbe molto utile, come anche delle tovagliette per proteggere il tavolo della sala e un apribottiglie. In generale mancano un po' di supporti per appoggiare cose e un cestino nei bagni sarebbe apprezzabile.

Zentrales Apartment mit schöner Ausstattung

Sehr schönes Apartment. Alles sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr zentral zur Innenstadt und Bahnhof gelegen. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft per WhatsApp lief super und unsere Fragen wurden immer sehr schnell beantwortet. Zu empfehlen ist die Trentino Guest Card. Damit konnten wir kostenlos mit dem Bus und Seilbahn fahren.
