The location was ideal for touring. The house was well furnished, spotlessly clean. The communication was excellent. The welcome pack was much appreciated.

Nothing

The property is absolutely beautiful, clean and fully equipped with all you need and more. The views front, back and from the upstairs windows cannot be beaten. The multiple bathrooms/toilets was beneficial being a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It was my 40th birthday during the stay and it was lovely to walk in to a selection of Bothams goodies, bottle of Prosecco, bouquet of flowers and a banner. We had an accident which I contacted Jo straight away to inform her and she reassured me not to worry as a repair would be done once we’d vacated the house as she didn’t want to disturb our holiday. Despite being on a busy camp site, it was always quiet and we wasn’t disturbed by others. We saw sunrises and sunsets galore and the teens loved having Saltwick Bay to explore for fossils onsite.

The upstairs doors were stiff and had squeaky handles which were slightly disruptive during the night when exiting bedrooms/ using bathrooms.
