The place is very clean, the staff is really nice. The room has whatever you need. We stayed 6 night and when we needed a little cleaning of the room, you can just ask and they do it the next morning! It’s a cheap place, so it is not luxury but you get everything you need for the price!
We didn’t sleep there when it was the Full Moon party but there was still loud music every night. That’s totally to be expected when you sleep next to the beach where they do the Full Moon party. You know it when you make the reservation. Some earplugs and the problem is resolved.

owner was very nice, they had free snacks/water, if you want to party it’s a good place to stay at
no window in the room, shower almost right on top of the toilet, no big trashes, pretty loud but it’s the party area so you have to expect that

Good value for money and the location is really good in the middle of Haad Rin
You should be prepared for it being really noisy at night. I stayed three nights in total and the first two nights were fine but on the third night it felt like being at a festival campsite.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
I booked a double room with private bathroom but was surprised to discover that there is no sink in the room. You need to go outside to shared space to wash hands
