Diabolical stay in Northampton

Nothing

Up 8 flights of stairs. No lift. No tv. No offer to fix it. No response to emails. Checked out- no response This is A FRAUD

Nice flat to stay in.

Great property, nicely furnished and tidy.

Getting in was a nightmare as the code provided in the booking confirmation wasn't for the front door OR the flat door. Had to call Booking.com to get access to the property otherwise we would have been out in the street for the night. This should be high priority for correcting. Water booster was really loud (when using sink taps or flushing toilet)

Staff response is prompt. Clean, location is good. A lot of stairs, but I got a small luggage with me so okay to manage it.

We had a great and comfortable stay and the owner was very communicative and kind.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with all the amenities I needed. Clean and cozy and the host was great. Very good location, central to everything, I will be staying again 😃
