Relaxing in beautiful setting

Great Gym, and huge shared pool and gardens with lovely views. The apartments are newly appointed and whilst not luxurious are comfortable with good A/C. Only short drive to Camucia with many supermarkets, shops, restaurants and up the hill to Cortona.

Internal stairs are steep and high as ceilings are high - annoying if you forget to take something downstairs, but only a minor issue!

Could be cleaner, shower was a bit small and there is nothing to put down your soap and shampoo. The furniture in the living room felt cheap. Uncomfortable bed.

Die Anlage ist sehr hübsch gestaltet. Unsere Villa war auf den ersten Blick sehr ansprechend. Der Pool war sehr groß und schön.

Tägliche Gartenarbeiten ab 8 Uhr, daher immer eine gewisse Geräuschkulisse. Viele Verhaltensregeln (z.b keine aufblasen Luftmatratzen und Spiele am Pool) , dürftige Küchenaustattung

Mooie accommodatie op Toscaans platteland

Mooie ligging. Fijn zwembad met een supermooi uitzicht. Rustige accommodatie. Gym beschikbaar, deze is niet heel groot maar zeker een pluspunt. Groot huisje, goed werkende airco. Communicatie via whatsapp ging vlot.

Ons huisje lag direct langs de weg, met soms wel luidruchtig verkeer. Jammer want de rest van de accommodatie geeft veel rust. Er was op 1 week tijd geen schoonmaak/handdoekwissel, iets wat voor deze prijs wel mag verwacht worden.

Wifi繋がらない。特に2階。繋がっても遅いのでネットで何か調べようにも、時間がかかる。我々の泊まったアパートメントは道のすぐ横だったせいか、早朝から車の音が聞こえて目覚めた。チェックインの際の施設の説明などがあまりない(室内にファイルはあるが)。キッチンにゴミ箱が一つしかなく、ゴミの仕分け方の説明もなく、分別するためのゴミ箱も無く、結局全てまとめて捨てるより他無かった。

La struttura è bellissima immersa nel verde, gli appartamenti comodi e puliti

Abbiamo scelto questo posto anche per la disponibilità di una palestra e di una spa, ma dal momento che c’erano pochi ospiti in struttura ( era la settimana di pasqua) non l’hanno mai aperta dicendo che c’erano stati problemi alla sauna…alle nostre richieste di aprirci almeno la palestra, ubicata in una sala a parte, sono sempre stati molto evasivi dicendo che doveva arrivare il tecnico…abbiamo pernottato in struttura per 5 giorni ma la palestra non e’ mai stata aperta, idem la spa

Esperienza unica

Ho passato qualche giorno al Borgo Syrah ed è stata un’esperienza davvero speciale. Il luogo è incantevole, immerso nei vigneti e perfetto per staccare dalla routine. La camera era ampia, pulita e super accogliente, con una vista stupenda in ogni momento della giornata. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza della colonnina per la ricarica dell’auto elettrica, comoda e funzionale. La palestra è ben attrezzata e molto curata. Ma il vero punto forte è stata l’esperienza legata al vino: degustare il Syrah proprio lì, dove nasce, in una tenuta storica come Tenimenti D’Alessandro, è una esperienza da provare.

La struttura è fantastica , il personale carino e accogliente. Gli appartamenti sono finemente arredati, si respira un aria di relax e tranquillità , perfetto se hai bisogno di rigenerarti.
