Wonderful stay on a beautiful property with local wine, food and beautiful views

Beautiful property a short drive from Montepulciano, set on a vineyard and olive groves. Rooms with beautiful areas to watch sunset and drink wine from the vineyard and eat Tuscan cuisine. Wonderful friendly hosts who made the stay great. We particularly adored our cooking class with Andrea and he sat with us to write town recommendations for Sardinia as he was from there. Truly a special stay.

Absolutely perfect! Super authentic and comfortable with amazing hosts. The atmosphere is wonderful and the location is simply stunning. Delicious food – and there’s even a cooking class! Highly recommended for anyone wanting to learn the basics of Italian cuisine. We would have loved to stay longer if it hadn’t been fully booked – but we’ll definitely come back!

Lovely, relaxing agriturismo with gracious hosts and delicious dinners!

Our stay at Agriturismo La Terra was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. I was a bit worried about the location because it's a bit of a drive to the hill towns of Tuscany we wanted to visit but the hospitality of the hosts made up for the few extra minutes of driving. We stayed in a 2 br 2ba apartment on the first floor below the owners' apartment. We didn't hear anything from above. We were the only guests (mid week in March) and the weather was typical of early spring but the outdoor areas are so cute and relaxing, with lots of small seating and dining areas on the property. I can just imagine how wonderful it would be to stay here in the summer, although you should schedule your time so that you stay on the property one day to relax and enjoy the pool. We arranged to have a cooking class on our arrival day, which was fantastic and very reasonably priced. We learned to make pasta, sauce, and dessert during our 2plus hour class, then took a break and came back to have dinner enjoying what we made as well as several other courses. Another night we arranged to have dinner there after our full day of sightseeing and that was another fabulous multicourse meal, with different dishes than what we already had. The apartment was very cute, clean and comfortable, exactly as you would imagine for a Tuscan cottage. Each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom that was well laid out and appointed. The kitchen was well enough equipped that we were able to make a stove top dinner using groceries we bought at the little town a few miles away. The hosts were very responsive to any of our requests.

There weren't many basic staples in the kitchen for meal prep (spices, oil etc). We should have taken inventory before doing the grocery shopping but it was only a minor inconvenience. The easy chairs in the common room are a little too cushy (hard to get up from). These are just minor things and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to others and would love to come back again.

We loved Agriturismo La Terra and would love to return in the future

We had a lovely two days here. The location is perfect for exploring the area. The meals were great and the hosts could not have been more helpful and friendly.

Our room was a bit dark and only had a small outside space but it was perfectly clean and well equipped.

Amazing!!!

Where to begin?!? I had a feeling that I was going to wish I had booked more nights here and I was right! Everything about our stay at La Terra was exceptional. Ilaria greeted us, sat us on the patio overlooking the local vineyards and provided us with a carafe of wine. Our casita was very comfortable and well appointed. The entire property is beautiful with pool, herb garden, numerous private lounging areas and the best behaved pets we’ve met. Breakfasts were fantastic, and the dinners…unbelievable! We took a cooking class with Paolo, making pasta, pesto and tiramisu. It was so much fun. Views from the outside dining area are breathtaking. We developed an immediate friendship with Paolo and Ilaria and hope to return in the future. La Terra deserves our highest recommendation. Visit and you will be delighted beyond your expectations.

Hidden gem in the Tuscany hills

Beautiful setting, wonderful hosts. Ilaria and Pierpaolo were just lovely. Food was good, wine was good, atmosphere was great, even the cats and dogs were adorable

Exceptional

Ilaria and Pierpaolo are exceptional hosts! we had absolutely wonderful experience. Peaceful, lovely and very welcoming agriturismo. We enjoyed our time there, the wonderful food, and the conversations with the hosts and other guests. The cooking class with Pierpaolo was very enjoyable (for both adults and kids) and instructive into Italian cuisine! we even got a pasta machine after this holiday :) great for families.

Amazing stay in Tuscany.

Amazing swimming pool and the place was a oasis of calm and nature. The hosts were really lovely and they cooked a fantastic dinner for us. Lovely view on Montepulciano and Tuscany hills.

The Agritourism is in a very beautiful place. In contemplation with nature. Very peaceful. The hosts are super friendly and welcoming. Almost all breakfast food is homemade. It was a fantastic experience. We are sorry we didn't stay more days

Anazing, amazing stay with wonderfully warm hosts.

Amazing find. Ileara and Paolo are great hosts. Stunning views of Tuscany from the property common areas. Everything is tastefully done up. Do have dinner- it is sumptuous and served with love. Great conversation with the hosts and other guests over a relaxed meal. No request is big enough for the hosts who are very welcoming. After some hectic sightseeing, this was a perfect way to relax including a dip in the pool. Ileara graciously made her laundry facilities available to us. would love to revisit.

A relaxing perfect place for your Tuscany visit

This was like a home away from home with an excellent location for visiting surrounding towns. It is out in the country with gorgeous views and two friendly cats and two friendly dogs along with the cutest rabbit . We stayed for three nights and ate dinner there every night and the meals were superb. I could not imagine how I would improve one thing with our stay . The perfect Tuscany spot !!

it was such an amazing place!!! so gorgeous and so clean! the hosts were the nicest people! and cooked the most amazing meals for us. it was such a memorable experience. the best part was how accommodating they were to our two small boys. they did not want to go back home. we felt like this was home away from home.

Super experience !

A enjoyed our well equipped, spacious and authentic apartment. The pool and restaurant are great ! It’s nice to walk in the neighborhood and the owners are exceptionally friendly people.

.. well .. it would be great if they could put up a sign at the main road .. so it would be a bit easier to find. Also the ‘entrance picture’ on booking.com is very different than the real entrance, which further complicates finding this ‘well hidden gem’ … ;-)

Ein toller Ort, der Familien alles bietet, was benötigt wird. Für die Kinder war der Pool und der Kicker ein Highlight. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und die Betten sehr bequem. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das leckere Essen und die tolle Location!

Ez volt az első alkalom, hogy agriturismo típusú szálláshelyen szálltunk meg, és az élmény nem is lehetett volna jobb. A birtok lenyűgöző és hatalmas, úszómedencével, grillezőkkel, sportjátékokkal, valamint egy stílusos terasszal, ahonnan gyönyörű kilátás nyílik. Olyan panorámát csodálhatsz élőben, a naplementében, amit a legszebb toszkán képeslapokon látsz. Mi a Casa Carlában szálltunk meg, ami makulátlanul tiszta és kényelmesen tágas volt. A légkondicionáló helyett mennyezeti ventilátorok voltak a szobában, de ezekre alig volt szükség, mivel a hőmérséklet a kinti meleg ellenére kellemesen hűvös maradt a tartózkodásunk alatt. Pierpaolo és Ilaria rendkívül kedves, segítőkész és vendégszerető házigazdák voltak. Az ételek külön említést érdemelnek. A reggeli és a vacsora is házi készítésű, bőséges és elképesztően finom volt. A tartózkodásunk egyik fénypontja Andrea főzőtanfolyama volt – köszönjük ezt a felejthetetlen élményt! A közelben bájos kisvárosok találhatók, például Cortona, amelyek mindenképp megérnek egy látogatást – bár könnyű elcsábulni, és egyszerűen csak a La Terrán maradni, teljesen elszakadva a külvilágtól. Rendkívül élveztük a La Terra nyugalmát és csendjét, és nagyon szívesen visszatérnénk.

Perfeita e do mais típico da Toscana

A simpatia e disponibilidade dos donos. Pequeno almoço caseiro e ótimo. Fizemos a aula de culinária e refeição caseira e foi mesmo muito bom. A sala de refeições exterior tem uma vista maravilhosa típica da Toscana. Piscina muito boa e tudo muito cuidado. O quarto tinha uma kitchnette e uma casa de banho com chuveiro grande.

여행다니면서 이렇게 편한 마음으로 잔적은 처음인 것 같아요. 좋은 숙소, 상쾌한 공기, 친절한 스탭들, 귀여운 냥이멍이, 맛있은 음식까지 빠질것이 없었네요. 특히 나혼자 여행객으로 렌트를 안했은데, 호텔-기차역 + 몬테풀치아노 픽업서비스를 다 이용할 수 있어서 더 좋았어요>_> 덕분에 힐링 잘하고 갑니다~~
