The location was excellent. The townhouse was spacious, neat and clean. In terms of value for money, it met the mark but only for a short term stay.

The townhouse lacked furniture such as a coffee table. This became more obvious when I visited friends in an adjacent apartment and noted the way it was furnished in comparison. The kitchen had the basic requirements but more glasses would have been appreciated. To improve I would suggest a folder with tourist information, as well as information/instructions of how to operate things in the house. For example, we could not turn off the air conditioning. It kept restarting and we had no instructions on how to stop this. Finally, and this was out of the control of the owner, but we were delayed several hours from checking in because the previous guests left the house in a disgraceful state and the poor cleaners had to spend hours cleaning. A bond deposit might overcome the temptation for guests to be so disrespectful. We also had people turn up and say they were booked into the property the same dates we were. This was disconcerting.

The location was good. It was spacious. The washing machine was excellent and so was the dishwasher. Great addition putting in an electric frypan. Nice carpet and sofa comfy.

The downstairs toilet hadn’t been cleaned. There was no spare toilet roll. There were only three dinner plates which made eating as a family of 4 difficult. Not sure how 6 guests would manage. I am 6’6” and the top of the fridge is filthy. Under the master bed there are bottle caps and rubbish. The whole place would really benefit from a good clean. Master bed very uncomfortable. Electric socket in master bedroom is faulty.

Spacious modern home . Had everything we needed for a weekend stay while attending a 2 day event nearby .

Nothing .

There is only one small Tv in living room and lounge suite is only small considering how many guests can stay. Also bare minimum in condiments supplied.. would expect tea coffee sugar and milk. Also ensure that you have the lock box code written down before you arrive as the house is in an internet blackspot area so you can’t get onto Booking.com to get the code once you arrive. The owner was also very hard to get hold of not answering these phone. It was only because a neighbor allowed us to use their internet that we got access to the code.
