- Relatively good location, near the bus and metro stations. - Large and comfortable space in the appartement. - Many useful facilities in the apartment. - Quiet area (the neighbors didn't make noise). - A good Hi-Fi audio system where I could listen a radio station with nice music.

- The manager did not want to give access details to the apartment earlier than the check-in time (16:00), although I explained that I might have questions that would be good to be clarified in advance, before the check-in. I don't understand what the risk was to the manager if the access details were provided earlier. At all the accomodation facilities I have stayed at previously (in different countries) I have always received the access details in time and I had the possibility to ask all questions in advance, so that at the time of check-in I could enter the accommodation facilities with the certainty of being well informed. I think it is very important that clients need to have the necessary certainty and comfort that they are well informed before they check in. - Only one access key to the apartment was provided to our group of 3 adults. For an apartment that can accommodate at least 4 people I think it is necessary to have at least 2 set of keys. - The remote control for the TV and the radiator in the bathroom worked with difficulty. It is good to check them before receiving guests and, if necessary, to change the batteries. - The apartment was never cleaned during our stay, although our group stayed for 5 nights. - There were only 3 rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom, although the apartment accommodated our group of 3 adults for 5 nights; this paper stock was never completed, although the manager was requested by us to do so. I understand the concern for the environment and the need to save natural resources, but not quite like that. - The lighting was poor.

The apartment was spacious and (mostly) well equipped, and the host was very helpful and attentive. We quite liked the location, which was very secure and handy to several cafes and boulangeries. We felt fortunate that we were able to book the property on extremely short notice after we had already arrived in Paris and discovered the property we had previously booked was unacceptable.

Although the apartment was well equipped, it was a little off-putting to find in the cupboards a lot of food that had clearly been left behind by previous occupants - half-finished boxes of cereal and pasta, for example. It was also not as clean as we would have liked, with a number of areas quite dusty. Because it looks into a small courtyard, it is also not especially bright. The reason I mentioned that it was "mostly" well equipped is the fact that we had to go out and buy additional toilet paper almost immediately. Finally, there was some artwork left on display on one of the tables that my wife found quite disturbing.

Excellent security. Very well appointed. Great amenities. Fully equipped kitchen.
