Family Suite - Marais - Martin IV

Great location which is not far from the main station, it is a beautiful building with alot of space inside- especially the size of the front room/ diner kitchen space which is great for small groups of travellers. It was an added bonus that there was a bakery downstairs and lots of food destinations only a few minutes walk away.

Unforuntley our trip was met with a host of disappointments. First- I had booked and confimed my taxi with the host company, I got a message to confirm this had been done. However when I arrived at the station with my baby and my son (1 year and 11 years old) at 9AM there was NO cab to meet us. Only when I called did someone from their team tell me they did NOT book us a cab despite confirming they did. Apparently they only book cabs via the app and you have to pre-pay-- annoyingly noone told me this before!! I then asked them to book me a cab that morning while on the phone which she declined to do. So I was left stranded at the station with two very tired kids. Luckily for us the station has a very efficient cab service so the station staff flagged an apporpriate car for us. My second dissapointment was I had also PRE- BOOKED to have a crib SET UP in our bedroom for the baby. When I arrived there was NO CRIB prepared or even left out!! I was told on the phone by another rep for the company that I should check all the cupboards to see if it was there (which is not my job to do), we then finally found a crib wrapped up and closed inside a cupboard. We finally open and realise IT WAS BROKEN. SO needless to say I will not re-book with this company again despite the great apartment. I have not been given any compensation for any of this apart from an apology. We finally got un-broken cot on our second last day--by which time the baby didnt want to sleep in anyway! I don't think companies should be allowed to advertise to be family friendly when they are not and frankly show total disregard for their guests or their requests/ needs.

Il rumore serale ( voce ad alto volume , schiamazzi etc provocato da persone che si ritrovano nella via sotto l'appartamento)

Noisy, and it was complicated with all the security procedures.

No visite este porque me lo cambiaron en el último momento, pero estaba muy bien y a destacar la cama, que es súper cómoda. La calefacción no estaba enchufada y el sitio era enorme, por lo que costó mucho calentarlo y hacía muchísimo frío. Todo estaba limpio y la ubicación era buena.
