Very well located, 2 mins walk from the metro station, has all the basic amenities, and includes a safe.
A few things to be aware of: - it’s on the 4th floor with no elevator so you have to walk up with your luggage - there’s only 1 washroom if you’re planning to stay as a group of 3+ you’ll have to line up for toilet - boiler doesn’t really have enough capacity for 3+ showers - we had some bad luck with really noisy neighbours that were playing music and partying from 5 am to 8 am - some things need fixing but it’s not a big issue (bathroom drawers don’t close properly, toilet seat is loose on one side, bedroom window doesn’t open, roller shades are misaligned and fraying)
