Lishan House

My husband and I spent two nights at this guesthouse in Lishan. It was wonderful, and we truly felt at home! The house is incredibly cosy, fully equipped, and benefits from a stunning location with a superb view of the reservoir and the mountains. On top of that, the host was really kind and attentive. She provided us with excellent personalized advice. We also enjoyed dinner on-site, which was, like the breakfast, amazing. It is a truly relaxing place that we highly recommend!

Die Unterkunft in den wunderschönen Bergen war großartig. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Gastgeberinnen waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Das selbst gekochte Essen war fantastisch – so lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick sowohl auf die umliegenden Berge als auch auf den idyllischen Stausee. Besonders toll war, dass wir einen ganzen Tag lang von den Gastgeberinnen die umliegenden Dörfer gezeigt bekommen haben, was uns authentische Einblicke in die Region verschafft hat.

Lishan House was an amazing place to stay! The view of the lake and mountains was incredible but the best part by far were the hosts! Definitely opt in for the dinner. These were the freshest and most authentic vegetarian meals I had in Taiwan. The ladies were very lovely and we had the best time communicating through a translator app.
