感謝提供優質的住宿環境，多數設施均令人滿意。唯 Villa 衛浴因缺乏乾濕分離設計，導致地面濕滑，家中孩童不慎滑倒。考量到包棟客群常有長輩與幼兒同行，誠摯建議貴方能增設簡易乾濕分離設備，以防範跌倒風險並強化公共安全。

我覺得環境非常的好，很愜意，床很舒服，房間設計風格也不錯
環境是還可以，但是地板有點黏黏的不知道是沾了什麼

對寵物非常友善！也有很大的草皮可以跑跑 還有贈送寵物禮包超感謝 也有附人吃的小餅乾 加大的床也很好睡，另一半翻身不會有感覺的那種 浴室也很大很乾淨 插頭也很多，很實用 冰箱也很冷！炎熱的夏天喝個冰涼的非常消暑 距離埔里市區開車10分鐘很近
1.電子門鎖非常不靈敏很難用 2.電視訊號超級差 根本看不了（附圖） 3.冷氣遙控器反應超遲鈍，但還是可以用 4.隔音比較不好，隔壁的狗一直叫都聽的到
