The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. The location and views are superb. We had a great roasted chicken dinner.
The bathroom and room had a mildew smell, and I have bad allergies so this was challenging for me.

Nice location and price. Staffs are really nice! The owner even upgraded my room for free.

The view from the room is very pretty, room is spacious ; balcony is nice ; hostess was fast to reply
Very difficult access (bus) and no parking for car, no free shuttle ; breakfast was mediocre take away ; room is pricey for what it offers ; don’t have particular amenities ; no coffee, only water ; bathroom/restroom is embedded in bedroom with clear glass ; we asked for quick shuttle to Lala Shan it was additional fee (expensive 1200NTD). We came low season and last minute booking, so maybe they were not ready
