和房東用賴溝通十分方便即時，位置很好，走路不久就可以到方便採買的地區，提供旁邊空地停車，樓中樓設計空間寬敞，有洗烘衣機（需自備洗劑），一樓公共集中垃圾區每天早上都有人整理得很乾淨。
浴室門有點難開，花灑無法切換成蓮蓬頭狀態。

最喜歡那個桌椅的部分 有個大空間 可以在那邊用電腦工作！ 位置也很棒 可以走後面的小路直接去附近的餐廳吃飯！
比較不喜歡的地方是浴室的簾子好像擋不好？ 就外面還是看得進來 覺得沒有安全感 都要站一個死角洗澡
