空間感很大，環境乾淨，氛圍感100分，有小廚房可以簡單煮食，床都很舒服，一二樓都有廁所很方便，民宿中很多小地方可以細細品味，入住時冷氣跟空氣清淨機都已經預先開好，這點真的很棒，很安靜，鄰居也都很熱心。
沒有提供早餐這件事情在九份不太方便，但Ubereats即可解決。到二樓的樓梯很陡不好爬，有小小孩或小狗或行動不便的長輩，要小心，避免下樓梯時跌倒。印象深刻的就是一樓廚房區晚上蟑螂橫行，還爬到桌上的零食裡(零食打開人不在大約半小時小強已上桌)，不知道是不是來自一樓廁所的小水溝，建議民宿主人要想辦法解決這個問題，不然女生真的會被嚇到花容失色。立刻破壞了原本的美好心情...
