- good value for money
- nice quiet location, yet just 5-10 mins by scooter from food options
- fairly new building, clean
- first message from host was not a 'hello', but 'have you paid yet'. funny because the confirmation stated we can pay on arrival and we did not any bank details to make earlier payment.
- their main picture is one of a rooftop pool, yet turns out this is not usable as it is a kiddie pool. fairly deceptive.
- after checking in, we were told that if we wanted to use the kitchen or any other common spaces, there would be an additional 300ntd cleaning fee charged to us.
