老闆娘很熱心親切，給我們的房間升級，第一天載我們去祈樂餐廳用餐，協助選購當季的水蜜桃，參觀上巴陵最高的7-11便利店。 早餐是單點，有總匯三明治或豬肉漢堡或素食三選一，另有奶茶或豆漿飲料，蠻豐盛，吃了很有飽足感。
房間電視頻道只有幾台，影像不清晰，有改善空間。

民宿主人很客氣。早餐就提供配合早餐店的三明治或漢堡。房間有大黑蚊要小心。
入住當晚就發現房間有大黑蟻，便把垃圾拿出去丟，也不敢留食物在屋內。早上要退房，收拾換洗的衣物，結果發現衣服上面竟然爬滿大黑蟻及紅火蟻，沖水洗淨，一看衣服竟被螞蟻咬破。 第一次住到有紅火蟻跑到房間的民宿，還好只是衣服被咬破，人沒被咬到。 此事有向民宿屋主反應，有道歉了，但希望之後有入住的人，還是要小心。
