無門禁24小時進出，免費停車，空間大，插座多很方便。

-鄰近宜蘭市，機能還算方便
-Very loud and annoying even in the midnight. -以為很新，其實有點舊，桌子可以換掉了，感覺髒髒的，沒什麼地方可以放東西 -放了很多但用不到的玩具，反而佔空間又雜亂 -有個沙發會更好，連坐的地方都沒有 -房間比預期小，好像洗澡熱水器會漏水，明明是好天氣但陽台總是濕濕的 -有落地窗景但緊鄰隔壁戶什麼都看不到 -房客的停車技術很差，可以停兩台車卻斜停佔位 -小孩的尖叫太恐怖了，超過11點還在跑跳，已經敲門反應也沒有明顯的改善，隔音不良的問題在別棟住宿也有，尤其在安靜的鄉下更明顯，非常擾人

環境整潔乾淨、夜晚很安靜。自助式入住也不錯
一堆入住規公約，看了就很阿雜，住個民宿戰戰競競，無法放鬆。
