Cool facility. It's a house with several rooms, but we were the only ones there that night. Super big common area with toys for kids. Would be great for families or renting for big social gathering. The outdoors was really nice too. Right next to rice paddies.

Because it is right next to the rice paddies, lots of pests. Outside, lots of mosquitos. Inside, a small amount of ants and saw one cockroach.

Reserve this property if you are looking for something other than the run-of-the-mill hotel type accommodation. The property is unique in its location and set-up. It is located admist paddy fields, next to a semi-busy road (vehicular noise was not much of concern, except the occasional heavy vehicles). The 3 storied property is shaped like the front portion of a ship, hence its name. There were a few rooms within the property, but none of them were taken up during our stay there and we had the whole property to ourselves (which is a definite plus for us). Amenities are sufficient, considering that it is more of an Airbnb-type accommodation. Plus if you have small children, there are indoor and outdoor activities to keep them entertained.

The bathroom is a bit dated, but still acceptable.
