- Great location near the Tha Kao village, good restaurants nearby and cultural activities such as batik
- Amazing sunrise view from the bed
- Super quiet and well functioning AC
- Cute bedroom overall, reminds of fisherman houses
- Big and comfortable balcony
- Bathroom is a bit old, moldy and deserves a refresh. I saw a small cockroach two days in a row.
- The bath towels provided are tiny.
- Inexistant communication with the owner: no response to emails and to phone calls. On check-in day, I had to walk to the nearby shop to ask about their contact and it turned out the shop owner was the one who had the key to the room... But that was luck, I was never told to ask the shop owner.

Good location across the road from the beach. Scooter rental located a few doors away.
The mattress! I’m a fan of a good firm mattress but this was a lumpy unforgiving monstrosity.
