Quiet affordable clean apartment

Really nice little apartment, clean, comfy and quiet. It's a quiet location down the south side of the island, we rented a scooter from the pier to avoid paying the extortionate taxi fares. The lady and man were very friendly and brought us bottles of water every night and there was a cute cat that kept coming to visit us. You definitely need to rent a motorcycle as it's a little away from everything, 7/11 and restaurants like 5 mins away but that doesn't bother us. Perfect for the price

Comfy and isolated bungalows

Very comfy bungalows and the hosts are kind and helpful. If you like isolated and quiet places you'll love it here. But keep in mind that from Chong Lard pier you might find difficulties finding a taxi that will drive you there. Beware of scams, the taxi ride should cost 500-600 baht, not more.

There is no wifi. It could be a problem if you need to work.

Rooms were very nice and clean, surrounding was quiet and green. People very helpful and kind.

There was no wifi. It located quite in south of the island where was no activities, you need to use motorbike. But is suitable for people who need silence and peace.

Sehr gut, mit dem Motorrad konnte man alles gut erreichen, die Tochter des Besitzer hat uns bei allen Wünschen und Fragen sofort geholfen, die Unterkunft war einfach aber ausreichend und sehr sauber.

Nette Unterkunft mit Verbesserungspotential

Abseits gelegene kleine Bungalows in einer hübschen und gepflegten Gartenanlage. Mit den Vermietern hatten wir kaum Kontakt, jedoch gab es einen sehr hilfreichen Kontakt per WhatsApp, der schnell geantwortet hat und uns auch eine freundliche Rollervermietung vermittelt hat. Das Bett war sauber und bequem. Wer Katzen liebt darf sich auch freuen, denn es leben einige in der Umgebung

Wir waren in Bungalow Nr.3, welcher deutliche Stockflecken an Möbeln, Wänden und Textilien aufwies. Die Sauberkeit lies auch etwas zu wünschen übrig, so war das Bad nur oberflächlich gereinigt worden. Generell erfolgte während des 3tägigen Aufenthalts keine Zimmerreinigung. Wir hatten zwar nicht das entsprechende Schild an die Tür gehängt, jedoch wäre eine tägliche Leerung des Mülleimers wünschenswert gewesen. Insgesamt stimmte das Preisleistungsverhältnis hier nicht so richtig, auch wenn es im Verhältnis zu anderen Unterkünften auf Koh Yao Yai zu den günstigeren zählte.

Die netten und sehr sehr hilfsbereiten Gastgeber.

Ohne Motorroller geht es nicht. Aber die Gastgeber bringen einem die Motorroller auch vorbei, wenn es nötig ist. Und das Fahren auf der Insel ist sehr easy.

Top Unterkunft in abgeschiedener Lage

Die Unterkunft liegt recht weit im Süden der Insel und ist, westlich wie östlich, ziemlich in der Mitte gelegen. Die Gebäude scheinen neu zu sein und sind in Top Zustand. Die Sauberkeit ist wirklich herausragend und das Personal (vermutlich Familie der Besitzerin) ist überaus hilfsbereit und nett. Obwohl quasi mitten im Wald gelegen, wurden innerhalb 15 Minuten Roller zum ausleihen organisiert und jemand kümmerte sich um unsere Wäsche, obwohl das hier nicht zum offiziellen Angebot gehört. Auch hinsichtlich unserer Weiterreise half man uns ohne große Umstände und Transportmöglichkeiten auf dem Festland wurden organisiert. Nachts ist es wirklich sehr ruhig dort und auf der Terrasse kann man gut mit mehreren Leuten sitzen.

Tatsächlich hätte nix "besser" sein können. Es muss einem allerdings klar sein, dass es an der Unterkunft und drum herum kein Frühstück / Mittagessen / Abendessen gibt, der Weg zum nächsten Restaurant recht weit und ohne Roller kaum zu bewerkstelligen ist.

Sehr sehr nettes und freundliches Personal! Falls ihr Tickets oder irgendwas benötigt, fahrt jedoch zum Seaside Restaurant und Bar 👏🏼 dort gibts das beste Essen, den beste Blick aufs Meer und die besten Cocktails:) das Personal und die Chefin sind auch super freundlich und helfen bei allem was man braucht!

Etwas zu weit entfernt, aber die nette Gastgeberin wird euch im nu Scooter/Roller organisieren! :) Da es im Wald liegt müsst ihr auch mit Ameisen, Spinnen und Mücken rechnen .
