Very nicely presented living areas. Quiet and peaceful accommodation. Very safe location in Flamengo which is a bustling neighbourhood with Metro connection and lots of shops, bars, restaurants. Good communication with hosts.
The kitchen is tiny and cooking facilities quite basic. Bathroom is also small and is looking tired. The bed, although very comfortable, is quite small which isn’t really up to standard for the 21st century. The bedroom is fitted with a huge built-in wardrobe arrangement all around the head of the bed which is really unnecessary. This could be removed to accommodate a larger bed and freestanding wardrobe which would be much more user friendly for guests.

O apartamento é otimo, bem localizado e tudo de acordo com as fotos. É bem perto do metro, tem varios pontos comerciais proximos, a comunicação com o proprietario foi facil e rapido. A cidade estava bem quente, e tinha ventilador e ar condicionado na sala e no quarto que ajudou bastante a resfrescar. Tem uma varanda com uma rede confortavel. O apartamento pega sol da amanhã, e a tarde fica fresquinho. O atendimento dos funcionarios do predio tambem foi muito bom, todos educados e gentis.
Acho que o ponto menos favoravel é a cozinha, bem pequena mas dá pra fazer uma refeição. Falta uma uma cafeteira tradicional e facas mais resistentes. Tem uma cafeteira tipo italiana, mas é bem pequena. E deixo como sugestão colocar uma prateira proximo a geladeira, pra apoiar as coisas da cozinha e quando a gente tira da geladeira.
