This spacious triplex is located on a quiet, leafy residential street in Botafogo, in a secure building with a 24-hour doorman and garage attendant. Its strategic location provides easy access to Rio’s main tourist attractions, the beaches of the South Zone, and the city centre.
Bakeries, supermarkets, excellent restaurants, bars, and a shopping centre are all within walking distance. The metro station is just three blocks away, providing quick and convenient access to different parts of the city.

The penthouse has internal stairs, with two flights leading to the bedrooms and another two flights leading to the terrace. It may therefore not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
