The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Convenient with the tram just outside.

Location was convenient to get into the city. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean.

Facilities need to be improved. They only had the bare basic facilities for example….towels need to be replaced they are worn out. The shower needs a proper door the water leaks everywhere. The chairs are very flimsy. Not very sturdy or comfortable to sit on.

LA PERFECTION

Emplacement parfait, tous le confort dans le studio , pour y dormir mais également pour cuisiner. J’aurais mis plus que 10 si je pouvais. En espérant avoir de la disponibilité sur notre prochaine visite se sera le logement que je réserverai et que je préconise à mes proches.

Impossibilité de se connecter à internet, mais c’est vraiment pour dire quelque chose car nos petits jeux de société de voyage étaient bien plus intéressants.

Contentissimi!

Appartamento appena fuori dal centro vicino al tram, comodissimo, due minuti e si è alla fermata. L’ambiente è davvero fantastico, super organizzato (ci sono perfino lavatrice, microonde, fornelli a induzione,macchina del caffè, bollitore d’acqua per the e bustine da te e friggitrice ad aria). Il letto è comodo e spazioso,perfetto per due persone. Bagno e doccia grandi, con tanto di prodotti per lavarsi. Asciugamani e carta igienica a volontà! Perfetto anche per studenti secondo me. Consiglio molto questo immobile, c’è davvero tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno (e anche di più)

Tutto perfetto, forse solo un pochino la pulizia. Ho notato alcune macchie sul pavimento e in cucina, e su qualche asciugamano. Per il resto top

Carino, ma migliorabile.

Buongiorno delle strutture, mi è piaciuto sostanzialmente la posizione molto comoda ai servizi pubblici e a un garage e la silenziosità del palazzo.

Non ho apprezzato la scelta di non mettere un televisore, perché eventualmente lo potevo tenere spento io e non ho apprezzato che non ci fosse neanche un attaccapanni per i giubbotti e ci fosse una sola abat-jour.

Alles was aanwezig. Een goed uitgerust minikeukentje, propere badkamer. Goed bed.

Er stond een mand met koeken. Helaas was alles over datum.

La propreté et les équipements Une petite tv aurait été top! Je recommande ce studio à Citadelle! J’aime le café, et il y avait du café gratuit en dosettes à disposition. Très appréciable

Acogedor y agradable

Tiene todas las necesidades importantes. A pesar de ser un estudio, es bastante amplio. Cocina muy completa. Las vistas y luz que entra es maravilloso. Edificio tranquilo. Buena conexión con tranvía para llegar al centro( la estación está super cerca)

Lejos del centro como para ir andando. Una televisión mejoraría la sensación de estar como en casa.

Je kon er zogenaamd parkeren, maar wel alleen in een parkeergarage, dus met kosten.

Rustig adres in de rand

Tijdbesparende tip: je kunt enkel voorbij verbodstekens aan het adres komen. De verhuurder kwam persoonlijk ter hulp toen het gebouw al afgesloten bleek en we geen parkeerplaats vonden, maar die was er.. De woonruimte is ruim, licht met kiepramen en sober ingericht, op laminaat en met keuken inclusief wasmachine. De rolluiken sluiten lichtdicht af. Hoewel het bed klein is hebben we prima geslapen. Ook de douchekamer is modern, ruim, met een verwarmd handdoekenrek en voldoende handdoeken. De tramhalte is werkelijk vlakbij.

Met kleine ingrepen stijgt het comfort hier snel. Valiezen kun je enkel op de grond leggen. De 5 kleerhangers op een rek in de kamer naast het bed (zonder matrasbeschermer) dienen voor alle jassen en kleding. Er is ook in de doucheruimte geen enkele haak voor kleding. Een extra tablet om je toiletzak droog te houden zou een plus zijn..Ook naast het bed zijn nog geen tabletjes om iets op te leggen, daarvoor moet je in de legkast terecht. Een staand lampje is er wel, aan een kant van het bed. Ondanks de uitgehangen code is er geen wifi.

Sauber, nett eingerichtet, Tram nach Kehl und Hbf direkt vor der Haustür, dort auch netter Kanal zum Sitzen und Spazieren, Hausherrin sehr, sehr nett …

Um das Hasr in der Suppe zu suchen: Zu zweit wäre mir das Bett wahrscheinlich etwas zu schmal, ansonsten wirklich nix zu bemängeln!
