Perfect location to go to alliance française, comfortable, staic cool in the hot season in summer

Just a few little things, lid of toilet was loose and waste bin didn‘t open properly.

The property was quiet, clean, and in a good location.

There were not enough towels. No wash cloths and only one bath towel and hand towel each. Two sets each would have been preferable. It took more than one day for towels to dry.

Excellent location, no-frills accommodation

Excellent location - easy to reach European institutions, historical centre and restaurants.

The property is more or less in the basement so in winter was darker than the pictures suggest. The description on booking.com says the flat is on the first floor - it’s not, it’s on the ground floor, and hence the directions you receive once you get the keys are confusing.

A pesar de su buena ubicación, NO MERECE la pena (y menos, si mienten).

Temperatura adecuada y ubicación próxima.

- Equipamiento de cocina en mal estado (sartenes sin mango, nos quemamos) - Cafetera estropeada que tardaron en dar una solución varios días (cerca de la fecha de salida). - Cafetera de repuesto sucia y encima defectuosa, cable de alimentación fundido con conductores expuestos (uno de los dos sufrió una descarga eléctrica). - Plato de ducha en mal estado, se inunda el suelo del baño. - Ausencia de recursos materiales para limpieza (p.e. fregona) y toallas insuficientes. - Router wifi desconectado y oculto. - Lo peor de todo, tras reclamación formal a la agencia con fotos adjuntas que lo demuestran todo, deniegan diciendo que no es cierto, es decir, mienten (tampoco ellos adjuntan fotos para demostrar lo que dicen).

La ubicación.

El mobiliario de la habitCión. Tenía un antiguo placard, sin barral. El único bsrral.para colgar, es el edpacio de guardado de limpieza. Solo estantes, podría reemplazarse por un actual perchero con 1 estante para ubicar las maletas. Asimismo, espacio desperdiciado donde poder proveer algún spoya maletas. Estas deben ir al suelo. El.barral con cortina de la ducha, está más alto que el.borde de la cortina. Cae agua afuera pues no cubre hasta el piso de la ducha. Podrían ofrecer botella de agua, de bienvenida (práctica generalizada, pero omitida en este depto).

L’emplacement est vraiment l’atout essentiel de ce logement. Il est placé tout à proximité des transports et du centre historique. La cuisine est très bien équipée.

Un petit bémol au niveau de la luminosité et la vue.

Buon compromesso qualita'-prezzo

La posizione e' davvero ottima dal momento che si trova a circa dieci minuti di cammino dalla piazza della Cattedrale ed e' in una zona molto tranquilla.

Il materasso non e' molto comodo, consiglierei di cambiarlo; un paio di volte e'saltata la corrente
