Private parking in Thessaloniki is a genuine advantage and the street parking around the apartment was easy too. The apartment is compact but well set up for two, with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, two air conditioners, good internet and a balcony with a sea view. Metro is a short walk, taxis from the centre are around €6, and there is a good coffee and breakfast spot 5 minutes away.
The bathroom is quite small. The neighbourhood feels a little rough around the edges. We had no issues walking at night, but there was a drug smell through the bathroom ventilation on the first night. It did not happen again, but worth knowing before you book.

The property has everything. All appliances, clean, okay view. Everything about the property is perfect except for the location which is in a really bad part of town with sketchy people around you.
Loud noises as it is right next to a construction site, and also there were roosters and chickens in the yard nearby.
The neighbourhood is the biggest problem. Gangs, drug dealers and a lot of migrants. Streets are not safe for walking, especially not at night! You can see them from the balcony. Also there is a migrant center down the street.

The apartment is clean, comfortable, pleasantly scented, and arranged with great taste, care, and a genuine desire to make guests feel welcome. It’s surprising how many practical things it includes that can come in handy while traveling (coffee, tea, toiletries, even a thermometer).
Everything is excellent — the location, the parking... I have no complaints.
