The property was very clean and in a great location for shops, restaurants and the beach.

Was a little noisy but it was an apartment in a shred building so to be expected

Overall, the place was nice and clean. The location felt central and safe, AC worked great, the digital entry was convenient, nice living room/kitchen area.

A number of things that could have been better: 1. We requested an early check in. They were quick to reply they would do their best but couldn’t promise anything. (Totally fair.) They said they would check with the “team” to see if the place was ready, but we sat outside the door from 2-3 pm and heard nothing. At exactly 3 we were given the code to enter, and when we entered clearly the place had been ready the entire time we were standing outside. 2. Our first request was for a few extra pillows and blankets. There were only 1 pillow per person and a very thin bed cover. This felt like a reasonable request but they responded that they would not provide any towels or bedding beyond the apartment’s capacity. As if it’s totally unreasonable for a person to use two pillows. 3. Our next issue was that for our 6 day stay with three people, they provided exactly one laundry detergent pod, one dishwasher pod, and one garbage bag. When I requested just a couple extras of these they were totally unhelpful. Their reply was that it is a “tourist apartment” and not a hotel and the detergent for the laundry and dishes provided and the single trash bag are a “courtesy” and the guests are responsible for restocking. I’m sure they provide the same for someone staying 2 days, so felt super cheap and rude they wouldn’t provide a few very minimal basics like that. Why advertise a washing machine if they won’t provide more than one detergent!? That information should at least be shared in the listing. So, we bought a whole big jug of detergent and a bag of dishwasher pods and left them there. I bet they won’t even leave them for tue next guests… 4. The beds squeak like crazy and are really not very comfortable. Mattresses are old and really sag. I saw this in reviews for the past few years, which suggested in their replies they would work to upgrade. They didn’t. They won’t. They will be the same beds when you stay. 5.
