Well equipped 3BR Home with Backyard and Patio

Excellent option for a large family to stay in with a comfortable amount of space and 2 toilets was a bonus. Very good price for the location. Close to city and beaches. Air-conditioning in bedrooms and living room was another bonus.

A larger dining table would be beneficial for groups larger than 4 but there is a table on the patio which could accommodate the 5 in our family.

We were in Perth visiting my son and his family who live quite close to the house so location worked for us plus nice quiet area. The Queen and the double beds were comfortable. Sitting room and all bedrooms had their own air conditioners.

The condition of the property is appalling. It is badly in need of basic maintenance. The shower screen is broken and unable to slide. The glass screen has multiple cracks in all panels and a lot of mold along the runners. The furniture is minimal and inadequate. Nothing matches with much of the decor being hangovers from the 70s. Some of the lights were not working. Sitting room curtain falling off the runners. The 2 roller blinds in the sitting room are transparent and give no privacy at nighttime. Outside the grass is overgrown and full of weeds. It would appear the owners are failing to maintain the home prior to eventually demolishing it. Thin doonas on the bed were inadequate and we had to run the air conditioners at night to stay adequately warm.
